In the beginning everything was good. After sale salesperson tried to get us to sign extended warranty for 800.00 in an email . When I called I said you told me the warranty was 5 years. He said that’s the extended warranty. This is not what he told us. We had numerous things wrong with the house.example air conditioning unit wired wrong,kitchen stove wired wrong,Lots of trimming loose,jacuzzi tub not wired at all,crooked pantry door,broke cabinet door,shower leaked,roof leaked to name a few. When I would contact them it would take several emails or calls to get anything done. They came and “fixed pantry door” and when I called before warranty ran out they refused to fix door correctly. Sarah stated that they tore out the walls and squared the door. This is not true. They replaced a panel on the front of the door. I would be very cautious using this company and the Clayton homes an arepresentative on Admiral in Tulsa. An added note, they did fix the things that were wrong except the door.

Clayton Homes of Tulsa is amazing. Todd has been great to work with. He is honest and has been patient with our changes. Our new home is beautiful. We highly recommend stopping in and talking to Todd. Thank you so much for our wonderful new home.

I walked into Clayton homes on May 23rd and Met Todd, I told him I needed a house in 30 days. We closed on June 24th! Its July7th and we are moving in this week. The entire process was so easy, from the sales part, to the mortgage company, to the warranty girls, everyone is amazing and so helpful. In one short moment our lives changed in January 2021. We lost our house to a fire in the middle of the night. Searching for housing plans and building during covid just wasn’t in the cards for us and we decided on purchasing a doublewide. We looked at all the places in Tulsa and surrounding areas. Spoke with so many sale reps never felt right. Todd at Clayton in Tulsa makes the difference. He went the extra mile for us. Found us a home in our price range, with everything we wanted/needed and advocated for us to get it to us before we could of even imagined. His (Todd’s) diligent and truthful guidance made it so we could start rebuilding our lives and getting our kids back to normal.

Just stopped by this place on a whim. If your looking into a mobile home they have them! They were surprisingly beautifully and the non pushy sales people have the knowledge

Would not recommend!!!! We put a deposit down on a trailer and signed a sales agreement with the quoted price on it. Went through the whole financing thing and was approved. Two weeks later we get a TEXT message from our salesmen saying that he quoted us the wrong price and his boss wont honor the price on the signed sales agreement. It wasnt just a couple thousand dollar difference......it was $27000 more. Very unprofessional!!

Professional, Friendly, Financing and cash prices that I could not believe. I have bad credit and have for another dealer for several years who was/is greedy and screws customers over. So I know how the game is played. I am so glad had I to be in the area for other business because the deal I got is too good to be true! Would recommend them to any and everyone! The money you can save not to mention the office environment. It’s worth it. You feel like your wanted. They aren’t Not pushy. Just can’t express my happiness and excitement! Don’t! Just Don’t! My bathroom flirting has a small box knife cut across it and you do not want to see the fix they did on it. It’s bad. There are too many bad fixes for me to name them all. They sold me a lot model trailer... no discount and people have walked through it not to mention homeless probably laid up in it. My kids found a Little Wayne CD in their closet after delivery.Please reconsider your options. My fridge just went out too 10 days after 12 month warranty.

Did not seem enthusiastic about a potential new buyer(s). No one returned phone calls and no one wanted to show homes.

Great homes, clean environment. Poor customer service. The reps dont walk you through the homes. They had you a key and tell you to go see yourself. So if you have questions no one is there To answer. Due to the lack of customer service we left after viewing 1 home. Ended up buying 2 double wide at oakwood homes.

Hands down the most professional business of this type in a four state area! My wife and I have been looking for a new manufactured home, and have searched many dealers in Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma, as we live in the northeast part of Oklahoma. There are many dealers who claim to have the lowest price, or offer some gimmicks, such as “free” lawnmowers, washers and dryers or television sets. Don’t fall for it. We found out the hard way that these so called “free” items were a scam. We worked with Todd and David at Clayton Homes in Tulsa, and I have to say, we were astonished at the level of professionalism, knowledge, and value we encountered. David was instrumental in helping us find our dream home, and taking us through the process of choosing all the options and finishes we wanted. I cannot say enough about the knowledge of Todd in regards to our financing options. Going beyond what any of our previous encounters were able to do, explaining the process in simple easy to understand terms, which put our minds at ease with the daunting task of choosing a finance option to suit our family’s needs. At the end of it all, if we had it to do over again, we would have skipped all the other stores and would have instead gone directly to Clayton Homes in Tulsa. The process has been very easy and everything they have said they would do they have done. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a home. LOVE Clayton Homes!! Cant say enough good things about them!! We just recently bought our first home through them. A land home package. Them did everything. When a problem came up they walked us through it. Super customer service! Even now anytime we need anything, all I have to do is send a text and it gets taken care of. I cant recommend them enough! All seemed great when I started talking to them. I put my $500 down and got approved from the bank. Then it started changing... First they came out to my land and everything was an issue. Clearing some trees and putting in a gravel road was so much trouble. Do get them started on how hard it is to get a elevation survey. Then how hard it is to do HUD 184 loan for them. When they started talking prices, there was an extra charge for all the things they said were included. Like a couple of stairs to the front porch. My wife specifically ask if the stairs came with it and he said it did. What he chose not to say was that it came with it for an extra cost. He did that with several items. Do not use this company/location if you are not putting the house in the most ideal situation. Heaven help you if you want to do a HUD 81 load with them.

We checked out the homes on a couple occasions... And I must say that some homes look really nice and others are rv construction. Plastic door frames and cabinet doors etc. Pay for what you get.

We are having issues with our house. We have had people come to fix it and they didnt do a complete job. The came back several times and still the same issue exist. Now our roof leaks again. The came to our house about 2 months ago to fix that and it leaked again. I am so frustrated about this. It seems the warranty is a joke. They refused to put trim in the front bedroom closets because it passed inspection. Wth. I hope you read this before you buy.

They can give good information on what you need to get a home and show you some of what you may be looking for in a home.

I bought a moble home from westfall moble homes that was in commerce ok which was a bad mistake 2 weeks after setup of trailer on my property the one end of trailer the plastic junk Clayton calls siding was peeling off tech came out to repair I gave up westfall went out of business no recourse for me to take but 7 years more of payments left.
