We bought a PRT 4A which is the one with the office in the master instead of the closet room. We Love It!!! The quality of the build is supurb and this is from a couple that was adamant we did not get another trailor or manufactured home ever!!! It would have been 5 stars but we ran into a few problems with the set up and finishes. It will easily go up to 5 stars depending on how fast and well they fix the few problems.

Solitaire Homes are some of the best made mobile homes available. The price lines on them is very competitive as well.

I thought that the sales people were very helpful in educating me on my purchase options. I was able to view several models to get an idea of what the layout would be.All in all, I spent quite a bit of time with them to review my options. I really appreciated the help.

Ive had my Solitaire home for just under a year now. So far, so good. I believe that I got a great product for a very fair price. Im really happy with the construction and the insulation values of the home.

Ive owned a Solitaire home for 4-5 years. Id advise caution when buying. Sure, all the hooks ups are free but consider the mess they might leave in the yard. The place where you bought the home will leave it up to you to take care of the yard after heavy equipment makes a royal mess of your yard. I also had pipes freeze the first month. They fixed it to make it work but when it froze again at a later time, they told me to deal with it on my own. I also, just recently discovered that when the home was delivered, the front corner on one end of the roof was scored with something then caulked. When a recent rain brought water into the bedroom destroying part of the ceiling and wall, I had to pay the $500 deduction on my insurance. I also discovered the tile has nothing under it. Its not regular tile and when it begins to split, you can see the sub floor beneath. Also, plan on putting your own fixtures in the bathroom. Those are not included. There are a number of great things about it but Im not always sure what they are. Be careful when you buy... and just know what youre buying. Check the roof and everything when they deliver. They knew the roof was messed up because they caulked it to fix it. I didnt, and Im the one thats had to pay to have it all fixed.

The contr actor hired by solitaire to do the septic left a big mess I complained several times to solitaire nothing ever came for itThey make sure their contractors get paid without cleaning up there mess
