Best experience I have EVER had while shopping for a home! They were very friendly, and very informative about their product! I can understand why Palm Harbor is Number One in the Industry! Construction, Quality, and Design is the best I have seen from all the places I have ever shopped! I wish them well at the new location on Admiral.. I have had my home for over a year, and it has blown my mind on LOW utility cost, and how it just handled the last ice storm we had was incredible! This place is awful. They are not honest about their prices. They lure people in with low prices and sales on the website and tell you they havent updated their new higher prices. They try to bully you into using their lender. And when its all added up you are paying way too much. You could build a bigger better home with way less than they are trying to charge you.

Go somewhere else! Have had my house for a couple of years and still trying to get them to fix stuff my back door leaks everytime it rains and water gets in.My floor now it has soft spots. I have called and called and sent emails with no response the last response I got was from the manager. He said if you wanted a perfect house you should have paid the extra $12,000! We gave you a good deal on a new house.... they have fixed some things but it took two to three months for them to fix it. They use sorry subcontractors to do their work and do poor work at Best. The quality they say they have in their houses from the factory I do not see. I have attached some pictures you will have to click on my name if you can not see them, then click on pictures. Most of these are the condition they gave me the house in.The ones of the back door with the bad gaps and water damage they have tried to fix that 3 times over an 11 month period and said that is as good as it gets..... I have a LOT more pictures if anyone is interested I can send them to you.

I do not recommend this enterprise as a partnership. The management is not cooperative. They collect your information and never return your calls. Neither they respond to e-mail messages. At least it was my personal experience.

We love love love our new magnum home. Nice group of people. Chris the general mgr was very helpful in getting us in our new home. Tracy kept us informed of the progress all the way to us getting our keys. Would highly recommend these folks for your next mobile home.They let us walk the homes at our own pace and was very informative of all the programs they had to offer. Im a veteran and it was very important to me to work with another veteran, which Chris is.Thank you palm harbor for our beautiful home.

My home leaks, I’ve had cabinet doors fall off, my carpet was done incorrectly, my kids have scars on their legs from being cut by the tacks that are suppose to hold the carpet down, my paint wasn’t done, they left with paint on everything saying I can just clean it with hot water and months later it’s still stained, all my cabinets and windows I’ve scrubbed with everything. The air ducts weren’t done right. My shower door was crooked. My back door doesn’t shut completely. My screens are stained with paint. I hate this company. I call the service department to fix things and become so frustrated with the process I become unpleasant. We now want to sell this home we were so excited to have. These people and this company should be ashamed of how awful their products and customer service is. I’m a young adult that has now 100% lost confidence in a persons word or product, thanks for ruining my confidence in humanity, kindness and the value of a sales.

Our salesman, no, Manager ... wait, now we consider him our friend! Al Diallo at Palm Harbor Homes has stuck with us the past two years while preparing to get our new Pecan Valley Home. Always pleasant and patient, and helped us all along the way. Were now enjoying our new home and even months later Al checks in with us to make sure were still happy & living the good life. The other sales staff helped me with deciding on cabinet colors and Pam, the office manager, has been such a help with insurance, financing and small issues.If YOU are looking for a new home, go see Al and take a look at the Palm Harbor homes! You wont be disappointed !

Palm Harbor uses a over that leaves people with incomplete homes. Watch out for Gregs Mobile Home Service. If Palm Harbor uses them I wouldnt get a home from them. He left my 70+ year old parents with an incomplete home. It has been 3 years roughly and nothing. I had to buy all new skirting and they chainsawed the posts off of the porch that came with the home and now it just sits in the yard because the legs are too short. Well have to rebuild it. Very shameful in my opinion and irresponsible. Since Greg apathetically left my parents hanging, I will keep posting stuff like this until something is done.

Absolutely awful! Go somewhere else! We had a USDA loan and could only use certain dealers, Palm Harbor Tulsa being one. While we did get a decent deal, it was a horrible experience from beginning to end. They changed management and salesman multiple times in the 8 months we dealt with them so nobody ever knew anything. Once the house was finally delivered and set (12/2015) there were so many problems and they really dragged their feet fixing them. They didnt want to bother fixing our slanted shower the correct way (fixing the supporting bathroom wall) so the doors will forever stick and the walls are uneven. Our 3 decks were built using the wrong lumber and didnt last 6 months. A year and a half later were still trying to get them replaced. Please dont waste your time!

DO NOT BUY!!!!! MINE WAS PURCHASED IN 03 IT HAS BEEN A NIGHT MARE. WE HAD COMPLAINTS THE VERY FIRST MONTH. WE RELEVELED THREE TIMES, THE THIRD WAS OUT OF OUR POCKET. NOW HAVE MOLD IN TWO PLACES WITH LEAKS IN SEVERAL PLACES, EVERY WALL CORNER HAS A GAP (CRACKED AT LEASE 3/4 IN) PALM HARBOR IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE! NOTHING BUT PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM THE OUTSIDE DINING KITCHEN WALL IS MUSHY. WE TRIED TO GET THEIR HELP ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS BUT AFTER THE MONEY CHANGES HANDS THEY WASH THEIR HANDS OF ANY TROUBLE YOU MAY RUN INTO. OUR GROUND WAS READY WE EVEN POURED MORE PIERS OUR COST AGAIN. THEY JUST ARE MADE WITH CHEAP MATERIAL CONTRACTOR DONT GIVE A S_ _ _! OUR GUY WAS HIGHER THAN A KITE WHEN HE CAME TO FIX OUR FIREPLACE THAT WAS COMING AWAY FROM THE CEILING. VACUMED THE CARPET AND SUCKED UP A BIG PIECE THAT WAS GLUED TO THE FLOOR ON THE THIRD VACUM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES TO MANY IF YOU SEARCH RIPOFF REPORT YOU WILL SEE ITS NOT JUST IN OKLAHOMA EITHER. VERY UNSATISFIED CUSTOM AND STILL HAVING NIGHTMARES. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU WANT A HOME TO LIVE IN FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME!! THEY SUCK!!

Worst experience of my life palm harbor will sell you a home but won’t honor their work installers spilt something on carpet now it has a big stain also movers broke a window front door won’t close or lock proper holes in siding water pipes wert hooked up lots of other thins talked with “Stacy” she said she would fix it’s been over a month wouldn’t recommend these guys at all go someplace else
