Very quiet and peaceful place to live. The community has improved a lot over the past month

Came in looking to relocate as soon as possible and Ashleigh was amazing!! She helped me as I have a disability which makes it hard to get around. She was very patient and understanding while showing me around the community and explaining the application process. I can’t wait to make this place my new home!

The homes here are kept very clean, and management is super friendly and professional. They did a fantastic job with showing us around and the area definitely seems quiet. We havent run into any issues but we feel ensured that the staff would take care of it right away. The managers at my previous location certainly werent this friendly! Otherwise I feel confident my family will enjoy this comforting home! Looking forward to the rest of the seasons all around.

We originally looked at/ & went forward with doing the lease purchase for Cavalier MHC because we wanted a great place to raise our baby boy and because the trailer was exactly what we were looking for. The property manager Bianca was so helpful in guiding us and walking through the paperwork as well as maintaining the property. However, the location was too far from our families, the trailer itself had issues that were never repaired (it was a brand new 2020 at the time), and the price we paid monthly was much higher than we originally expected. We left and Bianca assured us we would get our deposit back and helped us with prorated pricing until move out day was finalized. Now, about 6+ months later not only have we not received our deposit back but we also no longer have any response after reaching out multiple times. This is a walk away lease purchase.. If you plan on getting into one of these trailers expect to get stuck paying a high price plus not having timely maintenance done & don’t expect any money back if you ever decide to leave. 3/10 don’t recommend.Update: We were only notified about receiving our deposit and then literally nothing. The ‘records’ you have probably don’t reflect anything but here’s the conversation that was had and follow up that nothing got done. I will be satisfied if we ever do get the deposit as we were expecting..

Bianca knows how to run a community! Honestly the best one I’ve been to in all my years of house hunting. Although my wife decided to build a home in Texas ..... we’ll definitely keep this community in mind if we decide to relocate. Give her a raise y’all! 😚

What a nice place. I was really surprised at how quiet and clean this hidden manufactured home community is. Lots of big trees, a nice playground area for the kids and an outstandingly professional property manager named Bianca. She was so pleasant and organized and informative that I really learned a great deal by talking with her. She totally won me over, so much so that if I were looking for a place to live I would certainly have to consider this location as a contender, if for no other reason than because she is there.

Bianca is by far the best manager this place has ever had! She actually cares for the residents and is very nice. She is running this place very well.

Just an awesome place to live, so comforting and quite. A big change from my previous place of living, by far I’m loving my new home. Just great, if your looking for peace and happiness Cavalier Manufactured Homes is where you will find it. Looking forward to all the beautiful color seasons of the year.

I am so glad I moved here. It is so quiet and my family feels safe. Our yard has several beautiful trees and I was allowed to install a fence for my dog. The management is fantastic and so friendly. Maintenance is always handled quickly the park is very clean and well kept All this AND I will eventually own it? No brainer!!! 🌴

I visit my friend, and I really liked his place a lot! It’s a very peaceful place. Nice community, and management is fantastic! I definitely recommend living there. You wouldn’t regret it!

Bought my first home here and i dont regret the purchase. It was a good deal. The staff are so friendly.

My family and I recently came to visit the community where my sister, Bianca, the property manager lives. Even during the winter the community is beautiful and very peaceful. My sons enjoyed playing in their park and we loved seeing being close to what the city has to offer without all the chaos. If you are looking for a new place to live stop by or call! The management team is amazing!!!

I have been the onsite property manager of Cavalier for the past year and I love it here!!! When I moved from Dallas, TX I assume like anyone else was very nervous to be in a new city and state. That said I was shocked that Ive never felt so safe or more peace like I do here. The first thing I fell in love with is our beautiful community park. Some days you can catch me out there reading a book. Our community is just right off HWY 11 and you can get to most places within 15-20mins. Id prefer to drive than live in all the chaos.Also, I really enjoy what I do here. Helping people find a forever home is so rewarding. I do my absolute best to take care of everyone like family and its so fun getting everyone together for all our community events.

Upon arrival we were pleasantly greeted by Property Manager Bianca Davila. An amazing Property Manager that is very informative and responsive to all things MH. After showing the community and home she made the process simeless and understandable. It was a grand experience and would recommend this community to anyone looking for a quality MH community.

They are really great mobile homes and very clean and I love it everyone here is friendly and the events are always fun these mobile homes are awesome and very beautiful the manager is awesome as well always gets you the help you ask for and the maintenance is always on point these are very recommended

Beautiful area! Plenty of space between lots, very well taken care of! Nathan the property manager was amazing! Very warm and welcoming, worked with us on every aspect! Could not have asked for a better interaction, 5 stars doesnt do it justice. Awesome job management.

Great community to live in! Was allowed to set up picket fence for our dogs so a plus! Staff is friendly and maintenance is always around keeping the community clean.

My husband and I moved here last november and have not regretted it for one second. Bianca and angie are amazing, quick to respond, professional, helpful...i I could keep going.we had a couple hiccups in the beginning but they went above and beyond to make us happy. they are doing everything they can to get the community together and do fun things, like the cookout and water slide they had a couple weeks ago and today bingo is starting. Ive won money off payments for paying on time and early, they even reward for the yards of the month. they are down to earth, genuine people. the community is quiet and nice, you get the vibes of kinda country when you drive down the road from sheridan but its right there close to everything, the zoo, restaurants, stores. come be my neighbor, they have a couple ready to move in!!!
