I was pleasantly surprised by my visit to Oak Creek Homes. Called on a whim and spoke with Zach Alley on the phone. Ten minutes later I was sitting in his office. I wasnt sure what I wanted but after a few questions, Zach showed me exactly what I had in mind. Zach made the process exceptionally easy with his laid back but professional attitude. I highly recommend my dude Zach if you are looking for a manufactured home.

I selected the Opal Model, a 3 bedroom two bath home. The layout is perfect for a young family and what made it even more special was all the appliances are new and the master bathroom looks like it was right out of a magazine. Not only do you get a stellar home, but you can bet your bottom dollar that you will get stellar professional support from their staff. They were always responsive to all my questions and they are some of the most gracious people Ive dealt with in business. Professional, great value for your money. We had a WONDERFUL experience at Oak Creek Homes in Tulsa! I took my 79 y/o mom and my sister-in-law to look for a home...Justin‘s professionalism, expertise, and patience with us was outstanding! Oak Creek has by far the best quality home we have found. We are still deciding what to do, but if we buy, it will definitely be from Oak Creek.

Finally had a chance to go check out some of thier homes in person. I have to say the construction and level of detail in thier homes is amazing. Zac made sure he went over every detail from standard builds to added options. We will definitely be placing our order with Oak Creek Homes as soon as possible. Cant wait to get ours delivered so we will finally have a place to call home.

I purchased a BRAND NEW home freshly built June of 2020. The people I worked with in the office in Tulsa were GREAT. However, for paying full cash for a new constructed home, the quality of the inside by the builders in Texas, was done absolutely horribly. Several of the wall stripping was not secured to the walls, the shower door frame in my master bath didnt have a screw long enough to secure it to the shower itself at the bottom so it was bowing inward and not keeping water from getting out to my floor. The caulking that was put along the mold of the door frame corners was falling off immediately from the day I moved into my home. Sharp tack strip metal peices holding the carpet can be felt when stepped on, causing pain. They drew a large square on the side right in the midle of my tub in master bath as if that is where a cut out would have gone, but the cut at the end instead. The glue they used to secure the island, was smeared across the floor and Ive yet to be able to get it all off. I would never recommend this company to anyone to buy a BRAND NEW home, buying used is one thing but brand new, no.

Tom was very personable and professional. I told him what I was looking for and he didnt waste my time showing me mobile homes out if my range. Very helpful trying to help me find an appropriate lot. Im looking forward to working with him, hopefully in the future..

Justin and Rhonda are phenomenal to deal with at Oak Creek Homes. They go above and beyond to help customers get exactly what you want. One of the things we liked was they explained the difference between there models and other more popular models. They have 16 on Center Studs for Ext Walls, a Caulk and Seal Package to ensure maximum energy efficiency. If we buy, it will be from Oak Creek for sure.

Prices are going up better lock in your price, next month will be more expensive

We have had our Oak Creek home for two years now. We’ve had issues from the beginning. Floors had bulges that had to be fixed, all of the windows leaked and we had to reseal all of them. This spring water poured in from the fire place. Our walls are not straight in the hallway, they have a lean to them. We paid for cable hookups in every room and they left one out and placed one on the opposite wall of where we wanted it. The master shower leaked from day one and had to be repaired inside a wall that had no access. They never made right on everything and we were done trying to get them to. I will never recommend Oak Creek to anyone. Justin was very helpful but Rhonda wouldn’t return my calls instead she’d call my husband. This list of things wrong is just to great to list here.

Its been a very eye opening experience. We have been told many things that werent true. We were promise multiple things that just did not happen. These things were major selling points and things I wanted in a home. Manager didnt care or try to make it right when it was brought up. They will nickel and dime you to death. There are so many hidden fees that they dont tell you about until youre already in the contract that its ridiculous. If I had to do it over again, I would definitely go somewhere else.Edit: Im interested in speaking with corporate about this matter as management is part of the ongoing issue. Seller listened to us about what we wanted in our new home. He didn’t try to upsale us and stayed within our price range when choosing which homes to view. The homes were beautiful, well built and priced reasonably. I felt the salesmen were upfront on how the houses were built and showed pictures throughout the home on the materials used to construct the homes. I have visited many mobile home lots in the last week and oak creek was one of my favorites.

We stopped by Oak Creek on Saturday to see what is available in Manufactured Homes. Justin was very knowledgeable and gave us good information regarding what to look for and how well the Oak Creek Homes are built. The overall experience was very good. We would definitely recommend Justin and Oak Creek to any friends interested in Manufactured Homes.

We had the best experience with Tony White, he was very honest and helped us even past closing time! He helped us find the homes in our budget quickly but never felt rushed. We have a one year old who can get fussy quickly and he really made a great effort to get us the information we were looking for quickly. After going to several competitors who were closed long before their posted time his salesmanship definitely made an impact on us and that alone is worth a sale!

I can’t say enough nice things about Oak Creek Homes Tulsa and our buying experience. Justin and Rhonda were both great! But let me say Rhonda went out of her way to make sure we had all our ducks in a row. If there was a paper missing she notified us right away so we could get it to her to speed up the approval process. No matter how stupid or I am sure annoying our questions were she took the time and patience to answer them. She even returned a call while she was on vacation! That’s dedication! She kept us up to date during the entire process. After our home was set up the cable man couldnt find the cable hook up so of course I called Rhonda and within 2 minutes we located it. We love our home and we appreciate Rhonda going above and beyond to help us and can’t thank her enough!

We bought The Bandera from OAk CreekTulsa. Fantastic. We’ve gotten such great service, even after the sale. Mike, who does the trim out is the best. I’ve had to call him twice with an issue and always answers and helps. Rhonda is always busy, but dots every i and crosses every t. She helped us with everything from finding the best financing for us to coordinating with our contractors. There is always bumps in the road with a new home, but they kept on top of everything to make sure we were completely satisfied.

We were there on a Saturday from about 3:30 to 5:30. They close at 5 but not once did he make us feel rushed, even continued conversation after we picked the floor plans we liked. Oak Creek is the way to go if you are in the market for a mobile home that is built just like a stick frame home. Go see Justin!

Oak Creek was our first stop and because of Hugh Duffys low key, non pressure attitude and great knowledge of the Manufactured and Modular home industry, I did not want to shop anywhere else. Hugh was ending is day as my sister and I walked in. We held him over just a bit and was I glad we did. He offered a sweet deal to begin with or at least enough to keep me up all night dreaming of the beautiful home that I may live in soon. Hugh will be seeing us again. I have told everyone I know to go see him at Oak Creek. Today I went to another company to compare and I wish i hadnt but my family and friends said better shop around. The other company did not offer to show as many units and seemed to be quite blunt and short with their answers, Hey if you dont know the answer then just be honest and tell the truth. You know the feeling of trust with the same auto mechanic we have used for years? Well thats how I felt after my experience with Hugh. My sister and I are not easy to deal with but at our age and years of experience, a good customer service program will keep customers loyal. Thanks to Hugh!

Nice at first, until the home is set up, then no help at all! The site inspector knows nothing about what hes doing, gave no pass on info to site prep crew or to delivery crew, neither crew were fans of the inspector, their words. After moving in found that my floor at refrigerator extremely unlevel after finally getting a good repairman out to work on many other issues, I was told it was a setup problem, dealer says it passed inspection not their problem. I would not recommend buying anything from this company!

Very unprofessional. Did not explain application process correctly. Ive called and spoke to Rhonda and each time is very rude. Although the houses are nice I would not do business simply because of her rude behavior and lack of help.

I shopped almost every home center in Tulsa and found that they were almost all the same. I felt a lot of pressure from most of the places I shopped and was very upset with my experiences. Then I stopped at Oak Creek and met Eric. He was so helpful and knowledgable and never tried to pressure me into anything. His approach was more like an educator rather than a salesman. I would recommend Eric at Oak Creek to anyone I know.

Every single room including closets have CRACKS-NAILS PROTRUDING THROUGH THE WALL-TRIM SPLITTING-TRIM COMING OFF-GLUE/PAINT ON CARPET-UNEVEN CABINET DOORS-CRACKED GROUTING . In other words, something is wrong with every room of this room xs 1000.
