Off to a great start. My Son hasnt had a structured session since school let out in March for Covid. His teacher went right into posture, technique, and learning the basic. Totally agree. I hope it will turn into a great motivation for my Son.

Chris and Ken were the most kind, professional and helpful people I have ever met. They moved an heirloom piano for us from Texas, to our home in Tulsa. Chris was professional from the first moment I spoke to him as well as throughout the entire process. Ken accompanied him on the move, so I met him for the first time when they arrived at our home in Tulsa. They made the move as well as the set up of our piano look effortless. I went to go and get a mouthpiece for a clarinet and they gave it to me for free. It would have been easily a $20 peice and the gave it to me for free. I was so grateful and excited I didnt have to pay for it. If i could give them a 10 star rating i would.

Apologies for the three stars, but from my experience the electric pianos were outdated and overpriced. Maybe the stand price is automatically included, but the ones I looked at seemed overpriced. The floor models werent in great condition either...maybe wipe them down if to many hands are getting the keys dirty. Can t speak to the piano side, I looked at keyboards and electric pianos...limited selection. I also wanted to look around on my own more. Idk...just felt old fashioned in there.

Wow!Walked into this music store to price pro workstations and arrangers. I was rudely approached by a salesman on the acoustic piano side of the store who asked the cursory salesman question, Can I answer any questions? I replied, No. Just looking. His response was to step a bit closer with his hands in his pocket and his posture exaggeratingly taller giving me a major stare. I asked if this was okay? He then asks, I know you, dont I? I said, Nope. Not from here. His response as he is making me that much more uncomfortable with his glaring stare, Oh, I know you! You are in here all the time! He the stares me up and down staring at my shoes and then slowly moving up until he makes eye contact once again. I felt so uncomfortable by this point that I walked out of the store.Here is my suggestion to the owners of this music shop: When a customer walks into your store treat them with respect. The alternative: The 7 to 10Gs the customer was planning on spending on a pro keyboard arranger, workstation and podcast studio equipment will not ever be spent in your store.

It was a long wait to check out. The computer is really slow. We were in a hurry and ended up going to a different store to get what we needed. This was the second time we had that experience with the slow computer

I love Saieds! They always have what I need and if they dont they are happy to find it and order it for me. I went recently to get some sheet music that I could have download on Google, however it would have cost three times as much as Saieds charged me to print it off their database. They were even able to play a small sample for me prior to purchase.

Always so friendly, helpful, & not over priced

My mom placed a piano with them to sell (in exchange for buying one of their pianos). They called her and told her they couldnt sell it (she now lives in Colorado), so I scheduled to have it moved to storage (after a long hassle with the Saied employees). First we notice the front left piano leg is broken (dont know if Saieds did it, or the movers, but it wasnt broken until it arrived in the storage unit). Second, they said they tuned it prior to it being moved (it was never tuned). Finally, they forgot to deliver the piano bench, then I spend weeks trying to get ahold of different employees, who argue with me that there never was a piano bench. I finally get the bench (my husband and I drive there one night to pick it up). I will NEVER do business with this company EVER AGAIN! I have never been treated so horribly in all my life.

Probably the best prices on guitar strings in town. Not bad service.

Went in today to get my sons advanced book and some reeds...I was expecting a rude and unwilling staff only from the reviews on here but when we went inside there was this beautifully hand crafted man with the sexiest man bun. His voice was soft and quiet and he immediately helped us with a smile...he went directly to the needed items and we were in and out in less than 5mins, which normally would be an amazing thing, but 10 more mins with this amazing human wouldnt be the worst thing to happen in my day today, lol. I swear I am just a random customer, in fact if my son saw this hed probably be humiliated (lmao) but I jus felt that Saied needed some love after reading all the terrible reviews and after having been in there myself several times and never having anything but a wonderful experience, even 15yrs ago, when I, myself, was getting items for school, theyre a cornerstone in my childhood and now my sons. Thanks Saied for always being there! Miss you in Broken Arrow but at least you didnt go far...

Good selection of items but they are sometimes kind of expensive comparatively. They also dont have as much stock as the other store. Youll have to go to 31st for any repairs
