Great service we were renting to own a violin and I went to get a size up and the just transferred everything from the previous one to the new one no extra cost they also helped me get some cleaner for my violin as well as a new shoulder rest

This is a nice little store, however I brought my acoustic bass into be fixed. I was told there were a couple of instruments ahead of me and thought no problem, a couple of weeks without it at most. A month goes by, with no call to touch base in that time, so I call up and am told the tech is not there and they basically dont know anything about that side of the business, that being the repair side. In the coming weeks after I keep trying to get in touch with the tech to no avail. 2 months after dropping my instrument off I get a call saying my instrument is ready. Some sort of call in that time frame of the repair wouldve been nice. I will say that the repair seems to have been completed with quality work.Additionally, I recently tried to sell an instrument there and I feel like I was shorted. I didnt take the offer and was able to sell it down the road for $100 dollars more than their quote price.All in all, this is a nice store with some cool things in it; awesome pedal selection and some really interesting, and expensive, basses. Will probably try it again, but not for repairs.

Absolutely no problems, they were always extremely pleasant, and showed professional level respect even though I’m an amateur! I’d gladly do business with this merchant In the future as the need arises. They will not disappoint you!

I didnt have anything to say about this store because after my 5 calls that were never answered and 3 emails that were never answered I didnt talk to anyone, but they keep emailing asking for my feedback so my feedback is communication is non existing. I had simple questions and anyone could have called back to answer, even the 2 people that said they would when it wasnt as busy, then nothing. You lost me as a customer.

I recommend this store. Shipping really fast, and the bass which was a B-stock was as new.

The guy with the glasses (cant remember his name) has always been patient and very helpful anytime Ive come in. They have a fantastic selection of pedals and a great guitar selection as well. Honestly one of the nicest and most knowledgeable local music shops I’ve visited. I was in Tulsa for work one week and decided to visit their store and see what kind of smaller electric guitar amps they had. Turns out they had one of the amps I had been looking at (Orange TH30, and they actually carry a lot of Orange line amps as well) for a great price! I purchased it and they agreed to ship it for free back to my home city Houston, TX. During the shipping however, the foot switch I had also purchased with the amp was damaged and not working upon trying the amp. I contacted Tulsa Band & Guitars about the issue and they agreed to send me another foot switch brand new, free of charge. Absolutely wonderful experience with Keifer and the rest of the guys. I’m very happy with my purchase, with the way they responded to a problem, and their great staff. Highly recommend this store to anyone in Tulsa.

I know absolutely nothing about instruments, so it was great that they were able to take a look at it, explain the specifics of how it should be working, and made recommendations for repair.I picked it up the following Monday, and everything wed discussed had already been completed. I discovered Tulsa Band and Guitars a few years ago while looking for a local Reverend guitar dealer. I had read about the quality of Reverend guitars and was wanting to play one before purchasing. Tulsa Band is the only Reverend authorized dealer In Oklahoma. I called and talked to Trey and he was very accommodating, told me in detail what they had in stock, etc. When I went there I was surprised to see how a such small music store carried so many quality guitars, amps, and pedals. I made three or four trips there before purchasing my first Reverend guitar, a 20th Anniversary Double Agent OG In Rock Orange. Since then I have purchased a few other Reverends, also a Orange amp, pedal board (which they set up for me with a power supply) and effect pedals. These guys know what they are doing. They are musicians themselves and offer a wealth of knowledge. They have also consigned a couple of guitars for me. They have recently expanded their guitar showroom, it is awesome. Highly recommended by this repeat customer. This place is a gem!

Dave spent over an hour helping my grandson (9 years old) learn about a variety of instruments, even getting out several different ones, allowing him to hold them and explaining how brass and reed instruments are played. Got my sons drum kit from Tulsa Band & Guitars and they were so helpful and worked with me, answered all my questions and were just overall so great.

Consigned an almost-perfect condition Conn 8D French horn with them. They have by far the lowest consignment fee in town, but they still managed to get me slightly more than its value in just under 3 months. I couldnt be more thrilled to have chosen to work with them! I worried the cheapness of the consignment may be an indicator of a sketchy inventory turnover rate, but for an instrument of my horns value, it greatly exceeded my expectations!

GREAT people VERY HELPFUL. Didnt have much money bought what my daughter needed with not much more to spare. Well her instrument has been having issues. So one of the guys fixed it up and told me not to worry about it.. thankful he did bcuz the instrument wasnt working properly until he adjusted it properly.

Nice gear, however, EXTREMELY overpriced. Because of this, I tried to trade equipment with the two men inside (a like new American Fender), when I was then appauled by the prices they offered me for my instrument. Needless to say I will find another customer, but Tulsa Band didnt have to insult me by laughing at my face, and giving me passive aggressive sarcastic remarks. Wont be coming back.
