Thanks guys! Absolute incredible job and service! They did a great job replacing my iphone X battery. Its as good as new - It chargers very fast and lasts all day. Before it would barely charge to 20%. They also quoted me the price that is listed on Apples website. I am actually so thankful I found them because at first I went to the local Mac store. The Mac store quoted me over $500 because they told me I had to fix the crack on the back of my phone to replace my battery. Luckily the people at iPhone ER are honest with their customers! Also they have iphone X cases which I couldnt find anywhere. Will be returning in the future!

This business does not have access to official parts for Apple or Android phones, and instead uses knockoff Chinese parts purchased from eBay and other third party resellers.This store is not a certified Apple Authorized Service Provider and as a result, Apple does not send them any official merchandise to use within repairs. You can verify this on Apples official website by setting up a repair, and looking up this area code. You will see iPhone ER is not listed. They are fully third party.You can also call Apple and ask them to verify whether they have certified the store to work on Apple devices.If you are ever skeptical about the parts they are ordering ask them to show you the computer before they purchase the part.Make sure to call official retailers to look at your best options for repairs before considering going to this repair shop, as they WILL use bunk hardware to fix your device, and it is extremely likely these parts will fail.

They were fast with the repair, gave me helpful information, and had an affordable price.

I do not recommend iPhone ER. They repaired my iPhone 12 Pro Max back glass with eBay parts, and my back camera has focusing issues now after seeing glass shards in my camera lens. When I presented the issue to them with proof with photos that my camera was not blurry before repair they refused that it happened during repair and claimed they could fix it but could not guarantee the service free due to their defect. I do not recommend this iPhone ER.

Be aware that the majority of the positive reviews for this business are fake. The owner, PJ, pays his employees to create new Google accounts and leave 5 star reviews when they are not busy. If you look through these reviews, and see a 5-Starr review left by an account with only one review to their name, you can be almost certain that it came from iPhone ER itself.

This place is the only one I use to repair my phones. The employees are always friendly, punctual, and fast!They are knowledgeable about their phones and their work is flawless.They sell phones, cases, charges and have repairs. Across from Walmart on Troup, best in Tyler!

Took iPad in at ten am. Supposed to be ready in two hours. After three calls and over seven hours nothing. Will improve this rating based on future results.

We walked in with a shattered IPhone 6s Plus and was immediately greeted with an awesome atmosphere and a professional attendent. He answered every question we had and also had everything we needed. Fixed our shattered screen in less than 30 minutes and was extremely friendly. Price was extremely reasonable as well. This place is our new go-to for any phone related problems!

Took in my galaxy s20 ultra to get front screen fixed, when I got my phone back the back was cracked and they charged me to get it fixed even tho I tried to explain that the back was not cracked like that before, even after reparing the back of the phone the camera is loose and doesnt even work half the time. please take your business elsewhere.

Went in for a phone for my 12 yr old son and was greeted with a smile! Found craigslist add from IPhone ER i drove 44 miles iphone er sold me a Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus works good but it does have one thick scratch on the screen.iphone er does need to add issues about phones when they post ads.

Got my IPhone fixed today within minutes and within a reasonable price. I’ve been doing business with them for about 5 times now and they’ve always been really nice and helpful. Definitely would recommend. 👍🏼

This business will scam you. They do not have access to official parts for phones and instead buy cheaply made third party pieces from various sellers on eBay. They tell you they are ordering from a warehouse, but there is no warehouse. If you have your phone repaired here expect parts installed are made to eventually fail.Any software service the business does uses illegally downloaded software from various piracy websites, do not let these people sell you software. They did not pay for it, and it will generally not function, and could even result in you receiving a DMCAThe positive reviews for this business are fake, as the manager PJ pays his employees to leave fake reviews with newly made google accounts on their downtime.

I went in to get a broken screen fix at first the guy put the wrong screen cover on my phone and broke the speaker. I went back and the next guy broke my home button. When I ask for my money back the guy told me that they wouldn’t give me a refund. I will not go here if I was you.

Came here to get my girlfriends phone screen fixed. When we left the store they called and told us the battery had a screw in it. We were hesitant about paying for another battery considering the battery never gave her problems, and the next iPhone is going to be released within 3 weeks. I cannot say enough good things about this place! We wound up in a really tight spot after damaging the front of one of our Samsung phones. The display was completely black, it was boot looping, I didnt know if we could fix it. I called just about everywhere in town and no one had the parts in stock. I was so exasperated, but this place surprised me! The gentleman on the phone went over the pricing and timeline with me, and when we showed up later he remembered our conversation. They were fast and thorough and were even able to help us fix another issue with the phone! While I hope I never have another phone emergency, I know that if I do Im taking it here! Thank you!!!

The guys up there were fantastic and had my phone up and running the same day after I broke my screen and had taken it to a place in kilgore where they replaced my screen but messed up the internals. Luckily these guys saved the day and my phone was good as new!

Sold my brother a samsung phone with a bad imei this means money is owed on this at&t samsung galaxy s8 plus.the phone signal keeps going off with at&t sim,and cricket sim card,i called the owner of store the owner make excuses he buys phones in bulk.. when you sell a phone and if you know that there is a bill owed on this phone you should not sell this phone because eventually the signal will be blocked AT&T said they have new software that will be up and running within the next month that will completely block signals
