Went to 2 other tire shops. Best One was the only one that had my tires for my Jeep Wrangler. I will be going back for my car tires

Got inspection sticker for my car. Nice young man waited on me. My car was inspected in a short time. Very efficient

A lot better than NTB. They got me and out for a easy dismount and mount unlike the NTB.

I didnt end up going here. The person who answered the phone didnt know the oil change prices nor tire priced and couldnt answer my questions, directing me to call back when the manager was there. I was referred there by a coworker due to prices and customer service of which I didnt experience.

Always quick, available and professional with the service. The prices are reasonable as well.

Had call the road service for flat tire it got a nail in it,instead of fix it they wanted charge for new tire and left .what a service

Serviced on route 77, did an excellent job of changing the tires, only a 4 star rating because, did not bring beads to balance tires, and the tires were over inflated, one was 27 lbs, the others was 12lbs. But the service was great.

It was sweet, loved every moment of it.

Had a good experience at Best One Tire... I had a slow leak dealt with it for a week or so... Took my van it they were very nice found the problem and fixed it quickly (in tome for me to get to work) and a a good price...

Passing through Vienna when we blew a trailer tire transporting a 65 Sailboat. We were an oversize/overweight load. Called JR and not only did he have the tire we needed in stock (something that rarely happens for us because of our special trailers), but he had his man out to us in 30 minutes. Within an hour, we were back on the road, which is extremely important because OS/OW loads can only travel during daylight hours. Oh, JR gave us a great price on the tire too. We have a relationship with BestOne in our hometown in Ohio, and JR treated us as if we were back home. Much appreciated and great service!

This review is on behalf of Leeser TX Inc. One of our OTR drivers needed a tire repaired. Our driver arrived 30 minutes before the business closed and had his tire replaced in less than 60 minutes. The problem is the labor charge of $240 for what amounted to a half hour of work. Beware the friendly customer service - you may pay for it on the back end!

I had to take my aunts van here to get a tire repaired while she was out of town. They quickly got it fixed, and were reasonably priced for ther repair .

A must stop if buying tires. I have found them to match or beat competitors.

My wife went there to get our vehicle inspected. She said when she got there the guy at the counter completely ignored her when she stood at the counter. She said, excuse me and he said what?. She said she needed her SUV inspected. He said yeah...then finally approached and told her he needed the registration and insurance. My wife informed him that she left it on the front passenger seat for them. My wife was carrying our newborn baby along with the daiper bag and purse. He made her carry my baby and everything else back out to the vehicle to get it. She advised shortly after a guy walks back in and throws the keys on the countertop and says, its just like the last one. They failed our suv because the window tint is 30% and not 35%. Now, with that being said I understand they cannot break the law, nor would I expect them too. However, I did not expect the disrespect, laziness and lack of carrying to my family and my property. This WILL be the last time they get any service from me or my family. I will also spread this word to my friends.
