Excellent, timely serviceI called them about AC not working and Tony was very clear about what to expect and how much it will cost. When I brought it in they also checked on ABS light issue, diagnosed it and gave a reasonable price. I had both issues taken care of in under 3 hrs at a reasonable price. I appreciate their open and timely communication on the status of repairs. Will definitely be back next time I need something.

As a person who does not know or really care to know a lot about cars, I love that I can drop off my car at PT Auto Experts and know that its in good hands. Their prices are fair (basically the same as I found online or negligibly more), their work holds up, and their turnaround is pretty quick. I had a pretty old car that they were able to keep running well and I had them inspect the new used car that I recently purchased. Im glad to have found such a trustworthy mechanic and have taken our family cars to them as well. Great guys!

Needed a quick oil change and wiper blade replacement. They accommodated me and I waited less than 30 min. Ive used them before and find that they are reliable and fair. I also appreciate their friendly approach to dealing with customers. They are clearly professionals.

P T Auto saved my bacon. I was visiting for out of town and discovered that my car had a pretty bad oil leak. I took car to PT Auto near the end of the day and without an appointment in their already busy schedule. I asked if they could at least diagnose the source of the leak so Id know if it was a minor or major issue. They managed to work me in, stopped the leak, and added the 2 1/2 quarts of missing oil. My engine would have been destroyed over a 3 hour drive on the interstate had it not been for P T Auto. Thank you!

I went to PT Auto Experts on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Due to me currently staying in another state, I had to travel an hour and a half to get there for an emissions check. I was a little annoyed and tired of driving by the time I got there but they were quick to put me at ease with quick service and very friendly employees. I was given hot cocoa (let’s be honest, who doesn’t love hot cocoa?) and chatted until my car was done. I didn’t even notice the time going by. If I lived any closer I would for sure come here to get my car worked on :)

Always feel like Tony or anyone else at the front desk gives me the time of day to vent, complain, or talk about whatever is going on with my car and anything else in life. Very responsive and quick service and I have never felt like my money wasn’t well spent especially as a big fan of Costco savings etc.My most recent trip to PT Auto was for a set of tires that would have cost me about $150 less had I bought them at Costco, but when you factor in that you have to order the tires, wait, schedule an appointment with Costco to install. Wait there or go shopping for 2-3 hours while they install them assuming there’s no other issues with the install, THEN goto a mechanic and have an alignment and balancing done on your car. That is going to take you at least a full Saturday or workday and your time driving back and forth to these places.At PT Auto I dropped my car off at 8am and got a ride home from a friend and then picked my car back up at 4pm the same day. This was after I called PT Auto at 4pm the V day before and they were able to secure the tires for delivery the following morning. With Costco, depending on the day you schedule the install it could be next day or 5 days before your install depending on delivery schedules. I am not trying to pick on Costco they are just where I would normally buy my tires but I found the convenience of PT Auto and the whole process worth maybe the $150 I would have saved. That isn’t a cost that everyone can afford but is something to take into account.I highly recommend them and will always goto them as they are fairly priced for the high quality of work they provide.

PT Auto Experts are not the least expensive option for servicing my truck but they provide reliable, professional work that I can rely on.

Our nissan failed inspection due to steering and fault lights on the dash. PT took the car the same day. Another shop wanted $2400 to fix the car. PT figured out the real problem and fixed it for $1200, and the car passed inspection.Getting cars fixed/maintained can be such a royal pain in the neck. After several years of experience with PT, we are at the point of just dropping the cars off, and trusting that they will diagnose and fix problem correctly. We have no fear of being ripped off. That lack of car maintenance fear/anxiety is (almost) priceless.If you have any experience with car repair, that feeling of trust is rare. So we trust PT. Nobody has to be perfect (impossible), but you do want really good.I suspect that PT Auto Experts are as good as it gets for helping cars stay safely on the road. Try em. Odds are very good youll be pleased.

I finally found a mechanic I can trust! Being a single mom I am very please to find Tony. He is Courteous and would tell me that my car doesn’t need services what other mechanics suggested. He becomes my mechanic for life, the prices are very reasonable. Now I tell all my friends to come to him. Great job PT auto team!

When I first heard about PT Auto Experts via word of mouth, I was at my wits end with the shop I had been going to who suggested a major repair as well as standard small ones after I had gone in for a yearly inspection. Within 15 minutes, I was assured that the 2k repair that the other shop recommended was most likely a ploy to get money and PT Auto would take a look and give me a call back. I have now made this my one and only auto repair shop for both of my vehicles. They are reliable, have great communication about timing, reasonable prices and have gained my familys trust. I was referred to Tony and his shop by a mutual friend. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Vienna 30 years and have just now discovered this shop! They took my car right away and had it diagnosed, parts ordered and fixed by the next day. I had taken my car to two other places that just wanted to change out the whole component (read $$$). Being an older car, it just didn’t make financial sense to drop that kind of money into it, but I love the car and it’s been very reliable! PT Auto Experts rebuilt the component, replacing just the broken part. It cost me significantly less than what the other shops wanted, and it allowed me to keep my car. THANK YOU!!

PT auto experts is the only automotive repair shop I will go to. Ryan Sheehan has fixed my Mini Cooper in ways I can’t explain. Reasonable prices and great quality of service. Not to mention very fast as well! I am done overpaying for car issues and going to different automotive repair shops. RYAN IS THE ONE!

Really great place... I was treated very well and more importantly I feel this place is honest. Brought my truck in to have the ac looked at and they recommended an inexpensive diagnostic repair and a wait and see approach. I highly recommend this place.

Keep Up The Great WorkYou guys always do a superb job when fixing any problem I bring to you. But I think most important is the fact that you can be trusted when you tell me this or that part is defective. After all, Im not back there in the bay area and dont have any idea what you are doing. You could virtually tell me any one of a 100 reasons why a part doesnt work even though it does! Most good mechanics can fix most of the problems, but many mechanics are not trust worthy. PT Auto mechanics are and therefore the 5 star rating!

I have been taking my cars which range from 45 year old sports car to a modern diesel pickup to PT Auto Experts for many years. They are real mechanics able to diagnose problems based on their experience and perform the required repairs at reasonable prices. They discuss the problems and options clearly and honestly. I recommend them without reservation.

I have been using PT Auto for almost three years. They have taken care of everything from basic oil changes all the way to the major repairs. Overall good job with the 65K maintenance yet some issues with the glove box items not put back and no over night drop envelope.They do have a drop off slot, just nothing to put your check list, notes and keys in (maybe they were out that night?).I would still go there again, yet cannot give them 5 out of 5 stars. I hope they can improve on their strong performance, next go around.

I have been using PT Auto Experts since the 1990s. I have always found them to be professional and courteous. They are fast reliable and only perform work that is needed. I have no problem recommending them.

Heater Hose Assembly of my Town and Country cracked, I am not a customer of PT Auto rather than they were close to me. They responded to this emergency maintenance professionally and charged me:1. $150 for the hose that is priced around $50 online.2. $24 for Antifreeze.3. $143 labor for replacing the hose and fill & bleed cooling system.4. Total was $341.I have received a decent service but I believe that I was overpriced as replacing this house is not a great big of a deal. It is easy to reach and a simple replacement.I will not go there for regular scheduled maintenance.

Awesome! They squeezed me in at the last minute, treated me with respect and kindness, and gave me a fair price. Definitely not one of those places that will try to sell you on a bunch of unnecessary repairs. They do only whats needed and get you out the door and on your way. I wont go anywhere else!

Theyve been my mechanic and my parents mechanics for years. Very honest, will tell you exactly what they are doing, why, and their quotes are almost right on or over what they actually end up charging. None of the bait and switch crap other mechanics pull. Screw jiffy lube or a chain mechanic, take your car here.

We have been taking our cars to Tony since before our kids learned to drive. In fact, it was 15 years ago that we brought our 1998 Impreza to him to repair when my son had an accident driving it to school. Tony has taken care of our cars, and BEST OF ALL, we have always been treated like a valued customer, and charged fair prices. Just recently he did rust abatement on our 1993 Jeep YJ. The back frame rusts on these, and Tony removed the back frame and replaced it with parts designed for these Jeeps. My Jeep lives again!! I know I can call up PT Auto Experts, get an appointment that works with my schedule, and they get the job done. Trust is not given, it is earned, and PT Auto Experts have earned our trust!
