Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Very amazingly UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Really shocked who trained them and why they are hired there. This is Porsche. Bring the bar up! This worst experience and their unacceptable attitude made me want to switch to a different brand car.

Made an appointment with a service advisor and arrived 10 minutes prior. Other service advisor assisted me because the service advisor I requested was busy running around. First, I was questioned whether I would wait, even though I clearly indicated when making an appointment online that I would like a loaner. Dropping off and picking up the loaner took about 20 minutes and was promised that it will be done within 2 hours and that I would receive a call. About 2.5 hours later, I checked on the status via mobile and noticed that my car didnt even go in to the shop so I called the service department and the female rep told me that my car was not complete, but she will email the service advisor to call me with an update. An hour later I went to the dealer and when I inquired, my service advisor tells me that I am not a priority and since I am not waiting, my car is not ready. Keep in mind, I see no one in the lobby due to COVID 19 and other service advisors just chilling without a mask on in the presence of the customers. I asked if my car is even in the shop and the advisor had the audacity to tell me to just keep the loaner and come back when he is clearly aware that I skipped two Porsche dealership to come all the way here. I asked the advisor to speak to the service manager, but he said that he cant be bothered because he is in a very important meeting which takes about 4 hours so he cant be bothered. I asked him to call me when he is done, now after several days, no phone call, no email, nothing. Will never go back here for ANYTHING! Oh, and this is the 3rd time that happened out of 5 years I brought my car here and I only bring the car once a year. Talk about efficiency. 40% satisfaction at most. I get better treatment at a local fast food place than here.

Worst vehicle service ever X2!! This is the second time having the service department service my Porsche and it was not horrible, more like horrendous and it was down right lazy and unprofessional by the service personnel. I will give props to Thomas (service manager) who took full responsibility and apologized after my 3 1/2 hour tire change. This poor service and inconsiderate attitude by the service department is unbelievable. One would think that you purchase a $60K vehicle, that Tyson’s Corner Porsche would provide reasonable service after the sale. At a minimum, would conduct themselves somewhat professional, effective, and engaged conversation with the customer. I regret purchasing a vehicle from Porsche Tyson’s Corner and would not recommend purchasing a vehicle or any other type of transaction with them. Lesson learned, should have stayed with Acura - that is a company that takes care of their customers after the sale...definitely not Tyson’s Corner Porsche!

Had a problem programing the HomeLink on our Cayenne and tried many times. Totally frustrating. Finally called the dealers service manager at Tysons Corner, Thomas Budd. Tom walked us through every step of the way. Excellent service. Thanks to Tom Budd

Took a month to schedule service. Loaner car I asked for not here. Waiting on Enterprise rent a car to drop off. Will be an hour invested into dropping off car.

I really visited the Porshe spare parts department. 3 trips and it was not till the 3rd visit the gentleman at the parts could figure out a simple plate holder for my Porshe. Kind of know it all attitude, but simply a waste of time.
