The service team is top notch. Jack is my service representative. His follow up is great and his customer service is exceptional. I have found him to be honest in advising what should be completed right away and what can wait.

I would like to highlight that, beyond my first image was not the best, I gave them a second chance, and I had the opportunity to know an amazing improvement in the level of “How to sell a Maserati, instead a Fiat”. Also, the General Manager, Arthur is doing a great job transforming a former Fiat dealer into a Maserati one. My salesman, Nick is a great guy with enough skills to grow if he wants to do it. I really appreciate when something doesn’t work as your expectations at the beginning, the smartest enough to not sorting out only, but also give the sensation of trust to recommend them as they have a leader now, guiding the team for winners! They didn’t offer to wash my car (a Maserati Ghibli) which is what I would expect. When I had a Benz they always washed my car whenever I came in for service. I took it to the Bentley dealership where I bought the car to get it hand washed. I will NEVER buy another Maserati again because of the lack of customer service from a supposed luxury car dealership. They treat me like I own a cheap car. When I pay a log of money for a luxury car I expect the excellent customer service that comes with it.
They were very communicative during my wait for service to be completed. Even though it took a long time, they always kept me up to date and checked in with me. I would definitely return there for service again.

I really did not want to give them 1 star but I went a week ago and the sales person was very rude and the price he told me was 10k over the original price. When I asked him for his name he refused to answer. Then I went to Maserati of Arlington and they treated me good and that’s where I purchased the car. Please do not go here I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. I live in Virginia since 1984 and I purchased many cars and I know exactly Maserati of Tysons corner is. I see you guys used the same sentences to other negative reviews from other customers. Id be more than happy to stop by or call to identify the horrible sales person that greeted me but I wont gain anything and probably he would get a raise for raising the price 10K over asking price. And very soon I will visit again and find out the name of the sales person that helped me

I went last week to service my car and I experienced the worse service at this place. The sales team was very judgemental as soon as they saw me. They asked me what car I had and i told them a had 2017 Maserati, they asked where I purchased and when I mentioned the name of the independent dealer they started bad mouthing that company. Very unprofessional.I already know your reply to me is going to be:Were very sorry to hear your experience. Your feedback is very important to us and has been given to management who would like to speak with you about it however, we do not have any records with your name. You may have us confused with another location. LOL
Hands down best service for my Maserati I have received. Purchased it originally in PA and service conducted on site was horrible. Tyson’s fixes my issue and recalibrated my system and additional features worked! I was flabbergasted! Purchasing and servicing the car in PA the features never worked... the staff at Tyson’s is very attentive and detailed. Very pleased!
My boyfriend had some issues with his car after getting it back from the dealership however the GM Arthur has made it a much more pleasant process in getting everything squared away. He’s great at communicating and working with me to make sure everything is handled properly and I look forward to working with them again
I left a deposit for a convertible based on pictures and the description of the car from David. I was a little apprehensive as was travelling across states to get to Tysons Corner but the car was exactly as expected. I appreciated the straight talking, honesty and in fact seeing the convertible in person was better than any expectation I had set myself up for.A bit long overdue for my review however these guys looked after myself and my wife and we are still absolutely loving the car. Worst company on the planet ! Made me drive 40 min when I called and told him specifically my max payment and he said come on by ! I drove 40 min and him and the director of finance says we don’t have anything for payments of $700 like why would you make me drive then ! And tells me go to navy federal they might give you a loan . And the director goes on a phone call outside and laughs and talks . Unprofessional! Pleasant experience and fair pricing on servicing my Maserati GT. The service department was able to squeeze me in at the last minute, compared to other service centers whom were reluctant to take care of an everyday emergency. For the past six years, I tried staying away from dealerships when it came on to repairing exotics and can’t believe, now, I’ve saved their contact under my favorites. I endorse Maserati of Tysons as a knowledgeable and fair repair shop, that makes ownership of an exotic ride feel less of a hole in your pocket and more of an all-around pleasure.

If you hate car dealers and the process of waiting in a showroom to buy the car you know you want then this is the place to come. First Class service, they understand that your time is valuable and the make the process very simple. After all you are not buying a KIA so you should be able to expect high quality customer service. For example, we all know that car dealers are businesses and there is an actual cost to the car and there should be a price for a car that fairly treats all parties. The General Manager of this dealer understands that. So dont expect them to be anything but fair both in terms of what you pay but also on the value of the trade in. Nothing worse then sitting there while your sales guy walks into the back to kill time so you have time to think about how they are trying to take you to town. Strikes me as this dealership is into long term relationships.. not short term killings. Finally..

Horrible Service!Sales guy Fred was nice at first but as soon as he saw what the pay off was on my car...Stopped talking to my wife and I. He Further asked up to move to the waiting area from his desk, Giving me the impression..............He didnt want us taking up space. Wasted 2 hours only for him to asked for 10,000 on a 2015 car!...........Never going back there!Further He brought me a 2019 with the Check engine light clearly on!Didnt even show of offer to show us the inside nor test drive the 2015!
NOT THE MASERATI EXPERIENCE! Purchased a car here on Friday March 1st, took it get Maryland State Inspected on Monday March 4th. The tires were dry rotted, which I couldn’t tell when I purchased it because it was raining and the tires were wet. The breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. There was issues with the seatbelt and rubber pads to lift the vehicle. I contacted my sales person and his response was “Find another shop”. I paid almost $2,000 to have everything fixed. Called and spoke to the used car manager and he said I should’ve contacted the dealership and brought it back and they would’ve fixed it all. I told him I did email the salesperson and he never offered me chance to bring the vehicle back. The used car manager said he would refund me $420 for the tires. It took me almost a month to get that check. I feel like a high end dealership should provide a better client experience than this.

I was very pleased with the support we received from Levelle McKinney he assisted us in answering all safety and luxury questions in reference to the Levante, Stelvio, and Ghibli. In the end we went with the Levante. Levelle was professional, patient, and knowledgeable about all the cars we were interested in. I felt no pressure, no back and forth from this dealership or the salesman. The finance dept was also very expeditious in getting us straight.

Very efficient service. The Alfa was fixed and ready to go before I could make my way to and sit down in the customer waiting room. Any other service center might have dragged this out to optimize the warranty claim. This dealer spotted the problem and remedied it in sixty seconds. I am grateful.
I purchased a used Maserati Ghibli from this dealership 1 month ago. I traded in my SUV for this car. The dealership has yet to pay off the loan on the traded car! This is a scam. I am contacting a consumer protection lawyer if my loan does not get paid off immediately. I have contacted the dealership many times all of which I have documented and the general manager declined to answer or return any of my calls. This is gross misconduct and a violation of the Commonwealth of Virginia, Virginia Consumer Protection Act of 1977. I have purchased many new vehicles over the last few years and I have never had an issue with any prior dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The service is terrible. I will be litigating this if action is not taken immediately.

David is the man! He set me up with an absolutely beautiful Fiat 124 Spider, took my trade no problem, and got me out the door quickly, very satisfied!
They worked hard to locate a car with my specs and were easy to deal with. Very smooth and efficient.
I was told the service would take about an hour and scheduled another appointment accordingly. The service took more than an hour and a half without any explanation and made late for my appointment . When the service was done the service advisor offered me a discount on my next appointment. I explained we were moving. The service advisor apparently decided that it was no longer a problem for him and made no other effort to make it right, other than apologizing. Later I found the mechanic had left smears of motor oil on my passenger seat and door, the owners manual and the windshield. I was very unsatisfied with the service I received.
Mason was excellent, took the time to help me fully understand my service policy. Routine maintenance done in just about an hour. This is my go-to shop for last few years for my Fiat.

After dealing with another Maserati dealership last year and receiving below average customer service I decided to switch to Maserati Tysons. Upon arrival (8 am which I think is quite early), I was greeted by service manager -Bill’s smile. Bill went over what we had discussed over the phone and then introduced me to Cuong. Cuong took a ride with me, listened to my complaints as I was frustrated by the lack of customer service I received from Maserati Washington. Cuong took it an extra mile and made sure that my concers were addressed to the necessary person, called me with his findings an possible resolution. Mind you, I never got a call or explanation of anything at the other dealership, I just got a call when my car was ready for pick up. Customer Service goes a very long way, and Maserati Tysons delivered!
