Overall decent. The guy at the front always has an attitude. Looks like he wakes up on the wrong side of the bed every morning. Best part about them is when I get my inspection or emmision they drive me to work and back which isnt far. Thats why I gave a 5 star.

Ive been going to Eurasian for 25 years. Owner Mark Neely and service manager Eddie Pierce are superb. This shop has done everything for me from pre-purchase inspections (leading in one case to a very definite non-purchase [thank you Eddie!]) to a complete engine replacement in an old BMW, done under budget and in quick enough time for me to go on vacation. The mechanics and technicians are excellent, but I think the big draw for me is excellent customer service -- great communication, no pushing for unnecessary repairs just to make a buck, and excellent follow-up. Eurasian gets 5 stars from me.

Ive been going to Eurasion for a few years now and the service has been nothing but top notch. My first intro was an inspection which shocked me when they decided to waive the fee as a courtesy.Ever since then Ive been going there when my BMW needed some work done. Eddie is always around and incredibly helpful to make sure Im taken care of. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND to help out every time.Ive never had a bad experience here and would highly recommend taking your car to this shop. Mike and the mechanics (music pun) do a fantastic job keeping your car running. They maintain a clean shop, are respectful, and really put the time and effort into each customer. In the time I was there, they had 3 customers come through who they knew by name and also started up conversations by asking them about their family and how things are going. I was charged $60 to mount and balance a single tire when I got a flat. That is outrageous compared to NTB, who charged $28 to mount 4 tires.

Eddie thinks everything is funny and he’s inappropriate. if you have a foreign you’ll save money at the ACTUAL dealership. No cameras on property which isn’t safe because they leave your cars outside and right in front of their shop is a bus stop! After closing my car was damaged and blamed on me the only thing that saved me was pictures that I took before arriving. Wouldn’t recommend at all! No need to reply to this bad review I said what I said. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

My husband and I brought our 2018 Infiniti QX80 in for some general maintenance and review for a very, long car road trip (If it werent for COVID, we wouldve flown!) after a recommendation from some good friends. Family friends have been using Eurasians services for 5 or 6 years for all of their cars. We were very happy & impressed w/ the experience. The service people were extremely kind & knowledgeable. My husband, a car enthusiast, was impressed with them. We were a bit crunched on time before our trip, and they were on time conscious and told us that the service would take 3 hours, since they had a car or two ahead of us. After about 2.5 hours, they called us, and we came back to grab the car. Really appreciated them being considerate of our time, reasonable prices, and their service. Lastly, the place is well kept and clean. Think we have found our new service shop.

I have taken a variety of vehicles to the Eurasian Service Center ranging from a 1964 Morgan to my daily car, a 1985 Mercedes Benz 300 SD. The service on all of these cars has been tremendous, and their ability to diagnose and pursue the problem until fixed is superb. They are also extremely responsive and recognize that if a car is your daily car it needs to be fixed as quickly as possible. Their competency ranges from the most modern and sophisticated vehicles to the old and unusual. I find this to be a unique capability for I have not met another garage which is not intimidated by the very old or the very sophisticated. Whatever your car, whatever your problem, I recommend them for their capability, professionalism, and customer service.

Going to Car Shops for a female (in my experience) is not a whole lot of fun, but the Team at Eurasian Service is AMAZING!Eddie the Service Manager was super polite and helpful!They were quick to check out my car issues and wonderful about the service.It felt like I was with friends. Not only did they explain to me every single detail of the work involved but they also presented me with realistic options for repairs. Truly excellent experience at Eurasian. My dads car was in need of a (very expensive) repair, and of a few places that I went, Eurasian not only gave me a very fair price, but had technicians who know how to service BMWs specifically, and had excellent customer service. Eurasian Service Center has serviced my car since 2009 and I cannot recommend them highly enough. As well as knowledgeable, the staff is friendly and helpful ! Scheduling an appointment has never been a problem. Even when driving by in need of urgent care, I have always received prompt and courteous attention and service.It is also a nice touch to have a car wash after each visit, not to mention the possibility of a drop off/pick-up ride while the car is in the shop.

Easily the most accommodating service experience Ive had. I mentioned the need for yearly inspections on multiple vehicles; the staff set me up with their first appointment available, and was able to work with the second car immediately afterwards. Im very particular about my cars, but the atmosphere here oozes knowledge and automotive passion. While waiting, staff in the lobby chatted with another customer and myself about performance driving, swapped racing stories, and discussed recommendations for tires. These things they wouldnt necessarily benefit from as a business, but they went the extra mile for the customer experience. On top of that, when a simple bulb needed replacing during a safety inspection, they didnt charge labor or try to nitpick for a few extra bucks. After my appointment, they talked about recommendations for other facilities in the area for things like emissions testing. Ill be back here before I look anywhere else for future needs.

Had a problem with my bimmer and after reading some online reviews decided to give these guys a try. Im really glad I did. They diagnosed the problem and discovered there was a recall on my vehicle for the exact issue. They could have sold me the repair and I would have never known. Very overpriced and unreliable service. they seem like they are clueless about real customer service. too many other shops to choose from, take my advise, dont waste your time and effort,, find a dealer they are probably better qualified.

Staff has never oversold me on any service (even advised against some very much unneeded services that were helpfully recommended by local dealships) and the customer service cannot be beat. Definitely one of the best service centers in the area for high-end vehicles.

Ive used Eurasian for 18+ years. After having them repair my cars for a few years I recommended them to extended family & friends for their reliability. Competitors may occasionally have lower prices but cant consistently match the quality of work, attention to detail and flexibility of Eurasians front desk staff and mechanics. They are pretty good telling you what needs to be fixed, what can wait and whats cosmetic. They also have a maintenance system in place that reminds you when routine maintenance (transmission fluid changes, brake pads, etc) may need to occur, which is helpful. With the (Tysons) Spring Hill metro stop less than 3 blocks from their business theyre now a lot more accessible. They vacuum the interior of your car every time they perform a service/repair.

This has to be the friendliest and most honest shop Ive ever taken my cars to. I recommend them to everyone!

Honest and trustworthy people. As a young, single woman youre always skeptical of going to a new servicer. These guys never tried to upsell me and even helped prioritize the work that absolutely needed to be done based on budget.

Was looking for a quality shop that repairs German cars when I moved to the area (didnt want to go to the stealership to save money). Decided to try Eurasian based on the good reviews. I was okay with the expensive labor at first because I trusted them based on the good reviews, so I fixed my car there 2 or 3 times. The 3rd or 4th visit, however, when they gave me a quote of $600 for a fairly simple repair, I decided to take a second opinion. I found 2 other shops (also quality shops and specialized in repairing German cars) and I decided to try them. One shop said they would charge me $300 ($300 less than Eurasian), and the other one said $325 ($275 less than Eurasian), I chose the latter and I dont regret it. Furthermore, I stopped feeling comfortable going to Eurasian (they reminded me of dealerships except maybe the repair done at a dealership is better). They do have good customer service, couches, coffee, music, and they also wash your car for you and they offer rides but that does not give them the right to overcharge. Thats my experience. Im a student and I can barely pay my bills, I cant afford to overpay.

Will never EVER use these guys again! After a nightmare day with car dying & multiple towing issues, - finally took a chance, & dragged my vehicle to this place near closing time ...after promised a loaner car and, after much haggling, confusion and arguing from the front desk (common with this guy...so unprofessional!), a seemingly fair price. Ended up being STRANDED alone out in this industrial park bc the j JUNK loaner would. not. start. And no answer, no way to reach anyone to tell them theyd left a bum car (about 30th yrs old). Felt my safety actually in jeopardy. Had used them just once before, and theyd REFUSED to honor quoted prices to me for a good 20 minutes of attempted haggling & pushing me at checkout time. Ridiculous!. Never again, lifes too short.

I live in Germantown, MD, work in Rockville, and I still choose to take my car to Eurasian. Ive tried other places that specialize in BMWs, and they not nearly as good. You can trust their recommendations. I had a 5 series last 12 years and 180,000, and have a 10 yr old X5 with 185,000 which they keep running smoothly.

I first went in with a flat tire, and asked how much to plug it. The guy said no charge, and had me on my way in 5 minutes. While a good first impression and nice of them, I assume they only do such things to sucker you into coming back for the bigger things. When my drivers side mirror broke off a few months later, I came back to them asking them how much itd be. They quoted me at $450 parts and labor. I checked online and had an aftermarket replacement ordered and shipped for $20 bucks, and installed it myself in ten minutes! I get that they probably would have ordered a higher quality/dealer part, but that doesnt explain $430 more. Pure exploitation of people who assume they wont get ripped off, I wont ever go back.

I asked them to check my rear brake noise while doing my oil change there. They said I needed to change everything in my rear braking system (calipers, rotors and pads), as 1 of the calipers broke, giving me a $1,200+ quote. Although I understand every mechanic has his own opinion, I was alerted by a few red flags: 1. They refused to give specific reasons why I need to replace the calipers (which normally can last for the entire life of the vehicle). Did not tell me if it was leaking fluids or rusty or distorted. Just stuck. 2. They refused to explain why I need to replace both calipers, even though they stated only 1 of them stuck. I understand rotors & pads normally need to be replaced in pairs, but usually we can replace 1 calipers. 3. During the check, they also found my rear tail light not working. I asked if they can fix that, and they said it was LED light and they would charge $120 simply for opening it (classic ripoff redflag). So I drove away and went to another garage the next morning. Guess what, the calipers were fine and I only changed rotors and pads, which cost me less than $500. More over, they fixed the rear tail light in minutes by simply tightening a few wires. For free. Eurasian Service Center, are you kidding me???
