I went in with a slightly broken screen and the home button broke and the screen is even worse then when i left it it literally has a glitch like i cant even see my screen and I had my home button broke and also I went back in and the guy supposedly fixed it and I can’t even do my thumbprint on my phone anymore because it’s so sensitive like I can’t do anything on my phone anymore like they completely ruined my phone!!! thank God i have 2 phones but these people should be better in handling phones!! they were nice but the service is horrible they ruined my phone!!!DO NOT GO TO THEM TO FIX ANYTHING!!!!!!

Dropped off my iPad Pro on Friday that had a smashed up screen and the guys at idoctor had me up and running by Monday. Would recommend if you need an iPad screen replaced.

My screen was cracked in multiple locations on my new phone after I dropped it. They were very clear on what needed to be done, explaining it in detail. I went to a few places to see what it would take and cost to repair my phone. Many tried to take advantage and sell me things i did not need. I liked how to the point iDoctor in Waterbury was. I watched as my phone was being repaired. I was impressed!! He was meticulous to detail, professional, personable and kind. My phone actually looks better than it did when I purchased it 2 months ago. I will refer many whom I know that need their phones repaired to the Waterbury location. I am very pleased!! Brought my tablet here on 1/14/2021, it is now 4/4/2021 the store manager claims not to be able to give me a refund or my device even though I have my receipt. He even called mall security because I wouldnt let him ignore me and help other people who came in after me.UPDATE TO REPLY TO THE RESPONSE:1ST I DIDNT NEED AN APPOINTMENT WHEN I DROPPED MY TABLET OFF..2ND NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO CONTACT AT ALL IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS ABOUT MY TABLET, I HAVE INITIATED ALL CONTACT CONCERNING MY TABLET..3RD I WAS EXTRA NICE, KIND AND PATIENCE, THE SO CALLED MANAGER WAS ARROGANT AND DISSMISIVE LIKE ME ASKING ABOUT MY TABLET WAS A BOTHER TO HIM. 4TH ITS FUNNY I HAVE TO WRITE A BAD REVIEW AND FILE A COMPLAINT BEFORE ANYTHING IS ACCOMPLISHED!!!

Horrible horrible experience. Do not go here. They were supposed to fix the screen and it came loose only a few days later. They claimed it wasnt their fault. Also, the screen keeps ghost touching and they say they didnt cause that.Do not go here because you will be very disappointed.

This place is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to. The person JAY was very rude and doesn’t know how to do his job correctly. If I could give zero stars I would. He speaks over you and doesn’t know anything about customer service, apparently he’s corporate so don’t spend your money on white owned businesses they don’t treat you equally.

I brought my Google Pixel there to get fixed. The gentleman at the kiosk failed to tell me hes never done a Pixel before until after he was done. It took him over two hours. He had to glue the screen on, which left a mess of glue all over the edges of my phone that wont come off. There are two huge streaks underneath the screen from the top to of the screen to the bottom. My battery life is also shorted by half now ever since the new screen was put on. I am sure that they do a good job for other phones, but I would not recommend you go there with your Pixel.

Considering the pandemic we are facing the service provided was GREAT! Immediate appointments available. My cracked screen was fixed under 20 min. Jonas was quick and efficient and the price was beyond reasonable.

Walked to kiosk at mall. Quoted $40 to clean charging port and said to come back in 1/2 hr. I sat down at table next to kiosk. The guy cleans it, puts it down and walks away. Has lunch. I am thinking he will be back as he said it takes 1/2 hr not 1 min. I am waiting and walk to kiosk and he said it was really dirty. Said it is $45 + tax. You quoted me $40, it took literally a minute and you charge extra and tax. That is bad service!!!

Went to get the back of my wife’s IPhone XR fixed and when we got it back the replacement back had no logo on it, the corner of her actual screen was lifted off the frame of the phone, and he threw away my wife’s phone case and gave us a cheap replacement case that broke as soon as we left the store. Avoid this place at all cost.

We had a very positive experience. We had a giant crack, actually there was nothing but spiderweb cracks all over the phone and they fixed it, quickly, professionally and with care. I am very pleased with the service and the outcome. I would definitely recommend it to a friend

Very progressional, fast, and direct. I came in with an iPhone 8 that had been sitting for over a year because I thought it was unrepairable. The screen was beyond destroyed, and even worse the frame was bent. He told me from the beginning I can fix it but the screen might poke out like a mm. Within 40 minutes he has this thing replaced and looking brand new. So amazing, needed this phone to get my iCloud online banking photos for the last 5 years. Was exactly what I needed, highly reccomend the I doctor over any other kiosk in the mall

BEWARE, BEWARE...!!! I WASTED money repairing the screen on my iPhone XS Max. Then to make matters worse they convinced me to purchase an additional screen protector that would prevent my actual screen from cracking. Less then 12 hours, not only did the protector screen cracked but so did my actual screen too This place is a true disappointment and I would HIGHLY SUGGEST NEVER TAKING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR SERVICE. Poor product and an even worse customer satisfaction policy.

Technician took way longer than quoted to put a sub-par quality screen in while charging me for an OEM screen.He refused to refund/replace the screen and when I went somewhere else they told me multiple screws were missing on the inside of the phone.STAY AWAY

Had my screen fixed here and it was defective, so, per their own policy, it was replaced at no cost. However, as the guy was replacing the screen he put a crack in it directly across the front facing camera and said he wasn’t going to replace it because he “wasn’t going through that paperwork”. Now, yes, he could have been joking and going to replace the screen again, but I have no way of telling considering he didn’t say anything afterwards. I’ve never had an issue here before now and am not inclined to return again

I paid over $100 to replace my ipad screen. It is over the warranty. The screen still intact but now I cant even use it because the letters and numbers are all messed up when typed. Would not recommend this company at all.

I always go to the idoctor kiosk in the Waterbury mall, they do an awesome job always so so quick and I know Jonas personally hes awesome!!! Definitely cares about his customers wants and needs and tries to abide by those 100%...
