I love living here, very well kept. Neighborhood is quiet and very homey. Erin and Katherine are great, and maintenance is very good at their job.

I live in this community and it is wonderful! There isn’t allot of noise and the homes are very well taken care of. The property managers are easy to work with and will work with you on just about anything. We went through a remodel of our kitchen and laundry room with them and they were more than accommodating! Great people to work with! And the maintenance people are very nice and have always taken care of us!

I came here to look for a new home and I was not disappointed. The woman that helped me (Elizabeth) is extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

Katherine was extremely helpful in explaining how maintenance issues could be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again Katherine for all of your kindness and help. I wish all of the RHP staff was all like you. I am now concerning purchasing my home because of you.

Our company has been working with the RHP staff for over a year now and from our perspective they seem to be genuinely concerned about maintaining the properties. They want to know about possible issues and go to great lengths to repair and maintain the homes. They’re conscientious and personable – great people to work with!

We moved in the beginning of October. Despite a few little issues we have had, we really enjoy living here. Its quiet and feels safe. The turkey just crack us up. I do wish we had a little more leway with the things we could have in our yards or on the property but that would be my only complaint today. Everything has honestly been real nice and quiet and I truly do love the fact that I feel safe. I wouldnt wanna be at any other mobile home park!

Just moved in. We love it here. Park is clean, neighbors are great, and the staff was very accommodating.

I actually catch bait fish in the community lake just south of el caudillo but the people who are living there are very nice

The new manager is awesome Catherine is trying to fix the park up lots of deer and turkeys out back

Maintenance people were nice. The ladies at the office dont know what they are doing. Had to tell them how to do their accounting. They are also quick to harrass people about things but very slow to fix anything for their clients. Overall this is the worst place ive ever rented from and cant wait to be done with lease

I love it here. The lot rent is a little higher than some other mobile home parks, but not by too much. They make up for it by having a ton of community events every month, everything from Thanksgiving dinner (all the fixins) to coloring contests with prizes, as well as maintaining a pretty pristine park, and any maintenance needs are met much quicker than Im used to from other places Ive lived. The managers here manage 2 parks, El Caudillo and Glen Acres down on 47th and Broadway. The office is at Glen Acres, which means we have to go there to pay rent, but its not outrageously far. Im ok with that; El Caudillo is much smaller, and quieter. I like being somewhere that doesnt feel like a bustling city. The pond nearby means theres plenty of squirrels and birds. Cessna Elementary has been absolutely fantastic for my 3rd grader, the whole school works closely with me to make sure he can succeed (and he has needed some help to do that, but not enough for an IEP). Definitely recommend the school even if youre not looking for a manufactured home.

New home great community so far

Yeah.

We moved in Dec 2012 and have had problems with the office person, she almost never answers the phone, and we have tried for days and she is not in the office.Also we have been trying for months to get a broken window fixed, it was broken when we moved in. Refrigerator does not work right and spoils food and they wont fix it either!!! The gas on the stove leaks and they wont fix it and lets not for get the running toilets and the extra money I get to pay for water because they will not fix this either.DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!!!!! It will cost you more money than rent!!!!!!!Also grass is not grass it is weeds and stickers!!!!!!

The managment are rude and petty they never answer there phone and prices are outrages for no pool at location or anything
