I was disappointed that there wasnt much to choose from on the lot.

They were helpful though I am not happy with the limit of 2 pets per trailer when you own the trailer you are living in, maybe that rule will change in the future.

They have good customer service . There houses are butiful 🙂😁

I have purchased two homes from Southside Homes, and would not go anywhere else!The web site is easy to access and use without having to fill information out before you can even look at the floor plans.Great & Friendly staff a real pleasure to work with.

We started working with this company over a year ago. We decided to order a modular home. We struggled with on our side of things, but finally got things rolling with the bank that handles loans from Southside all the time. It took several months for the bank to finish paperwork, and they were very unprofessional. We were finally able to officially order the house on Dec. 31st. Pat told us the house would be delivered in 5 to 8 weeks from the date of order. It did not arrive on our property until April 26th (almost 17 weeks). We were told it would take them a month to set the house and finish the drywall inside (we were not told about this before we ordered). It has been 3 weeks, and the house is still not even on the foundation. This company has been terrible to work with, they have done nothing but lie and make poor excuses for lack of communication and lack of work ethic. Find another company.

Southside has beautiful homes and the prices are very affordable. The staff is very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend them!

My 75 year old mother purchased a home and had it set on a foundation. Scott, the salesman, was cordial and seemed professional and my mom was happy.However, as soon as all the money was paid, the contractor work and follow up ended. Numerous issues with dirt work and water getting under the home, delays in getting the air conditioner hooked up, and the final straw being no one cleaned the home prior to my mom moving in!Scott was great at rattling off excuses and becoming defensive. I would recommend any potential buyers stay away from this place, and especially Scott.

Me and my wife tried to look at the homes they have for sale. We told the sales guy that we were a couple year out and that we are trying to find brands and floor plans that we liked and he showed us one they had and rushed us through the house. Then he took us back in the office showed us the brochure that he had there fliped through super fast. Then he handed us them and said bye we got out to the car opened them back up and they were all yellow and water stained like they have coffee spilled on them a dozen times. Needless to stay they got left in there parking lot and we will never go back the this place again. If it was possible I would give it 0 stars.

I purchased a vehicle off one of these guys and i wouldnt recommend anyone buy from here!!! If they sell a car thats a lemon, theyll doop you too!!

Bought a prepared home having numerous issues with it. Came with a very old A.C. unit have trouble every year.

They will lead you onto believe that you’ll have a chance renting a unit then deny you, not recommended if you’re trying to find a place and don’t have the best credit.
