My husband and I came to Jose and he was so great with everything. He made everything easy and he is fun and easy to talk to. He helped us with everything we needed and answers our questions within a timely manner. We love it here and Jose played a huge part in us picking this community. Jose is great!

I am in the process of moving from California to Kansas. Finding a home and moving can be very stressful especially when it’s over a great distance and mostly through texts and phone calls. When I started working with Jose the stress and worry was greatly reduced. He went above and beyond to find a home that suited me. He worked hard to answer every question and concern and is a great problem solver. He was also very accommodating with his schedule and time. I look forward to meeting him in person to express my appreciation for all his efforts on my behalf.

A very clean place to live very quiet too

Had a fabulous experience working with Jose. As a new home buyer, he was extremely helpful in the process from beginning to end. He helped us by showing us multiple homes and he was very respectful. He is very professional and I had talked to many other community managers and he by far is the most knowledgeable. He was wonderful to my family, they also had many questions, he answered them all. So very happy to be moved into this wonderfully kept community. And thanks again to Jose for being such a big help, making us already feel sooo at home. His dedication to getting us approved and going above and beyond to help us with the process was amazing. We are very happy to be able to call Sherwood Acres our new home. THE MANAGER JOSE IS VERY NICE AND FRIENDLY TO DEAL WITH. THE MAINTENANCES GUYS ANGEL AND JOSH ARE FRIENDLY. I HAVE LIVED HERE GOING ON TEN YEARS NOW. ITS A WELL KEPT PARK.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with Jose for the last couple of weeks on my family’s search for a new home. Jose is awesome answered all my questions, he pointed me in the right direction to make a home buying decision. Sherwood acres would be a great place to live for anyone.

I do not recommend this community. They are deceitful and dishonest. They told us upon moving in that they were installing new carpet because the floor needed replaced. When the AT&T guy came out to install internet he found a spot where the floor was rotten. Of course the warranty didnt cover this. The second issue is that we were told we could move in July 27th. We had family travel long distances at very early hours to get it done. 9am rolls around and we have 1/3 of the trailer loaded up when Jose calls us making us aware we could not move in because finance was pushing it out. Me being about 7 months pregnant and living on the third floor of the apartment complex....wasnt happy about taking all those boxes back up 4 flights of stairs. To make up for it he gave us his word that we would get an extra month of free lot rent in addition to the 2 months free. That would put our first payment at Nov 1. Well, Sept 28 I get a bill for Oct lot rent and because it wasnt in writing he is not honoring his word. Pay very close attention to paperwork-they will play you! Not happy I will have to raise my daughter here for the next few years until we pay this POS off!!

Been here 2 years!!This is a great place to live and comfortable. Jose is AWESOME and intracts with the community on many levels. Hes the best landlord Ive ever had. Because of him, we are renewing our lease again! Jose, Josh and Angel is a good team. We had a leak in the front bedrooms and bathroom and needed a new floor. Jose didnt hesitate one minute on getting it fixed. Jose your the best!!

I’m new into buying a home and so far I am having a good experience. Jose has been very helpful with the whole process and has answered all of my questions even if they seemed a little dumb . The park itself looks very clean and well kept and I can definitely see myself living here for many years to come . Overall I am having a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home .

I went in with questions of purchasing a home. I had my kids with me and Jose was very helpful and answered the few questions I had. Although what Im looking for is not currently available he was helpful in letting me know about their other communities that I could check with. Overall great service.

Our company has been working with the RHP staff for over a year now and from our perspective they seem to be genuinely concerned about maintaining the properties. They want to know about possible issues and go to great lengths to repair and maintain the homes. They’re conscientious and personable – great people to work with!

Been here almost three years and we loved it. Rayna and the rest of the staff are fantastic and so friendly. Grounds are very well kept and the residents are very nice. I highly recommend this place to live.

When I decided to buy a mobile home, I made a research, visiting the majority of the communities.It was a positive surprise to know Sherwood Acres.Perfect maintenance, polite staff, and an ideal place to the families raise their children.A perfect environment with respectful neighbors and an excellent management, together make Sherwood Acres a peaceful and cute place to leave.

Nice park, soccer fields, playground, area for taking dogs, picnic tables and a storm shelter. Quiet and within two miles of drive in movie theatre, Grocery store, fast food, restaurants and interstate, dog park and local businesses

Put our deposit down today!!! Moving in next Friday!!! Thank you Jose for all youve done for Lori and I. Looking forward to a great experience in our new home.👍

Nice clean park with multiple pluses with positive new management just arriving, next to Arkansas River, very accessible.

They keep it mowed and clean but the maintenance man has a bad attitude
