Was visiting & first time there. VERY clean & neatly taken care of.

The park management could care LESS about anything you as a tenant deal with, ask about, or request. I have over half a dozen requests that they promised to help with and havent responded to. Some including issues that were due to water damage that was not our fault, and now our house isnt level--promised to level our house for us, and never have. Neighbors steps are over three feet into our yard, so we cannot put a fence up, unless we want to go three feet MORE into our yard (which puts the fence next to our house, essentially. Neighbors have cable that is just laying in our yard and has been for almost a year--so we have to try not to run over it with our lawn mower. We even needed to shut off the water to the house, and the meter was BURIED under three inches of dirt. Most of the park looks OK, but dont ever expect that the management will respond to you--AND expect to have an annual increase on your lot rent. $90/month for next year. Oh, and I fully expect that due to my review, well be even more of a target--as they charge you for everything they possibly can.

The neighborhood is great but the property management team and the owner will charge people any way they can and theres nothing anyone can do about it, and they know it. They will charge if your lawn is a millimeter too tall, if your trash can is not pulled up from the street immediately after it is picked up, and more recently they will not give you a proper 30 day written notice for rent increases. If you dont mind being charged for random things left and right then I suppose this place would be great for you! I havent even lived here a year and these are the kinds of problems we deal with. The management team and the owner do not respect the residents but at least the neighborhood is pretty 🙄

They dont pay the property taxes even though you pay through out the year. This is why we moved. Not sure what they are doing with peoples money buts its not handling business. Those in office needs fired. Left a year ago and getting property taxe bills because they didnt take it out our names.

Dropping a friend off and got lost on my way out. The roads inside should be more clear 🥴🥴. Houses looked nice though.

This community is very well kept and clean! The absolute best of any manufactured housing area I have ever seen. Each home has triple wide driveway parking, lawns are well cared for. The maintenance guys are very helpful.

I love this Community. I have lived here for 3 years and have never been happier. Our Management Team are just wonderful . So nice easy to work with and take care of this Park just beautifully.

I bought a home here little over 12 years ago. It was nice back then. It slowly started looking a slum. Shade tree mechanics up and down the block. One was next door. one guy was working on his truck and it caught fire and burned up. I worked most of my time here out of state and wasnt living here 80 percent of the time. Im retired now and have been here in the park for two years now. Since this time I had a neighbor across the street throwing rocks causing damage to my house . teenagers doing the burn out in the middle of the street. maintenance guys around here are questionable. one of the guys is drawing disability and still works for the park, also one of the shade tree mechanics. seen this guy open up a home next to me after the tenant moved out and sell the washer and drier out of it. I know this be cause I had to install video cameras because of the trouble here and I also seen where he had it advertised on offerup site. Now this park has made a attempt to clean up the original park to match the new addition they are building now. the contractors they hired have no respect for you what so ever, they drive in your yard and block your drive, its pathetic.I have picture and video of most I have stated. choose wisely. the park is looking a lot nicer than it has in a very long time.

I know a lot of people that both live here and have lived here. Everyone has said that they are a fair company but they have their rules that they foplow. They are very helpful and understanding. It is a nice, clean, and helpful neighbor hood.

Amazing gorgeous homes! They gave me an opportunity to finally be able to own my own home :)

Staff was misleading in what was available

Terrible place to live, they constantly raise rent, half of the ACs in the entire park dont work. the houses feel and look like there about to fall over, Do NOT try and live here. if I could I would rate it negative, worse place Ive ever lived

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Jason is rude and unfriendly. They tell you one thing and do another. Jason wants to have me evicted over a late fee. I’m very unhappy with the management but love my home. It’s sad really that these people are liars.

Very nice mobile home park! Clean & quite. Close enough to the city, shopping, jobs, etc. Yet far enough away from it to escape most of the negative bs associated with it!

I currently own a 2nd home here and it was broken into. Theres not enough security. Lot rent is pretty high.

Only thing I dislike is the homeowners pay over 200 a month in lot rent and then they have to pay property taxes as well. Its the parks property, they should be responsible for taxes.

Management friendly, knowable, helpful, and they as a team enforce reasonable standards of yard and home upkeep, and have discreet security who are helpful. Going on 7th year, and we have awesome neighborhood

Nice apartments. Some neighbors are pretty ghetto though.

They took our money and said that they would hold a house for us and then when we went back to show someone Aunt they had already sold it out from underneath this not pleased at all with them
