This isnt a bad community since they are starting to clean it up. My sister lives there, and since I started going to her house 2 years ago, its felt safer. They have a decent pool, because my nephew LOVES to go swimming. All in all, not bad, and... they have openings!!!

Been here since 2001 this place has become a joke. Rent goes up every year same time. It has double since I have been here .And I dont see where they use the money to put back in are Community. We cant even get the roads repaired and tearing up are vehicles.There is NO reason to raise if you dont support the community.

I recently closed on a home here at The Towneship and I’m excited to be apart of the community! The lots are well kept and the homes are all in good looking condition. I worked with Rebekah on finding a home and she worked long and hard to find me the right place that I was looking for. The lady I purchased the home from happened to only speak Spanish, but it wasn’t a problem because there was another lady who was bilingual, that worked with Rebekah and was able to assist in the process.

I thoroughly enjoy living here and have very few complaints. The perfect place to live does not exist, but the Towneship at Clifton is fairly ideal. The water gets turned off from time to time, but I understand that it is necessary to keep water services in the park up and running for everyone. Maintaining a mobile home park this large cant be easy and I appreciate all the work that the staff and management do to make this a great place to live.

Great customer service! Rebekah is awesome! She worked hard to find me the perfect home. She explained everything thoroughly during closing helped me to feel very comfortable. I highly recommend working with Rebekah at Bayshore Homes.

I am extremely disappointed for somewhere to advertise “pet friendly!” Is not very pet friendly. Took the time to go to this location, fill out ALL of the paperwork just to be told our dog weighs too much. Don’t advertise “pet friendly” if you aren’t fully pet friendly. You should advertise “small pets welcome”. Disappointed and will not be recommending anyone to come here. Maybe the first questions that should be asked are “do you have children and do you have any pets? If so, what kind” before I waste the small amounts of free time I have.

Its funny how this park pick on certain people. We got a phone call when we parked on the grass to unload groceries but other people been parking on the grass for weeks. Also people dont have skirting on. This is very bias.

I have lived here going on 3 years now and have enjoyed my stay immensely. The management is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is friendly and hard working, and I love the community feel! Would definitely recommend!

They had what I wanted.

I have only visited here a couple of times. I think there are nicer mobile home parks available in the area. However, this mobile home park is always quiet. I have a couple different friends who live here who also state its quiet on the weekends and there are lots of kids in the neighborhood. I think if you are renting here, the deposits and rent are a little higher than necessary.

Our company has been working with the RHP staff for over a year now and from our perspective they seem to be genuinely concerned about maintaining the properties. They want to know about possible issues and go to great lengths to repair and maintain the homes. They’re conscientious and personable – great people to work with!

We have been doing work for this place for a number of years.. the place has had a steady uptick in quality.. as of late I would definitely recommend this place since the people who work there are doing a great job fixing it up to where it should be ..and the people who live in the community are very friendly..

Shuts the water off without notifying anyone cant tell us why or how long we will have to go without water....Also ignored ALL requests from evergy to get the meter fixed it is now a year later (after the office told me the issue was resolved) and now evergy is threatening to take the meter and leave us without power( now the office manager claims it was has never been brought to her attention when evergy workers personally went to the office and sent out letters). They allow certain people to let their dogs run wild and kill other animals in the park including my cat, when tring to call and get a problem resolved it takes a week for the office to get back to you, if they ever do.

Since I cant leave no stars or negative Stars Im going to stick to one. I have lived here for almost 2 years in that 2 years it has always taken an arm and a leg to get anything done. Two summers I went without a properly working air conditioner because they didnt want to call in a second opinion and they didnt want to admit that they were going to have to replace the air conditioner it was too old and too small for my home. Most recently we went without a manager for a whole month in that month there was a leak in my bathroom rotted my floor to the point it was soft and spongy I have four children under the age of 4 I did the best I could to keep them out of there but 4 year olds do what they want. They finally got a manager and approved the score to be fixed it took the man a week he wouldnt work on it longer than a few hours at a time and when I say a few I mean two or three. I have been charged for things that I should not have been charged for I had to call the city to get anything done if youre going to live here dont three managers in two years if they cant keep office staff or maintenance people how do you think theyre going to treat you as a tenant.

The girls in the office are awesome and really went above and beyond to work with us on buying and getting our new house ready.

The office employees are very overbearing. These individuals are never pleasant and try to bully the residents of the facility. There is no communication between the corporate office and anyone.

Okay so I can only leave one star because I cant leave none to be honest Ive been here for about 6 months almost 7 now about 7 months and the management before this new one that we just got was amazing and Eric the staff member has been absolutely helpful and kind the whole nine yards but recently with the new management I feel like things arent getting done that absolutely need to be done like repairs and things like that like dont leave notes theyll never really contact you just notes and its been pretty windy lately so like I found one a couple days ago in my yard cuz it flew off my door and like I dont know they just dont contact you personally its always through like notes and another thing is that even if youre not home they will come in and look through your house like theres no privacy whatsoever like if you call them let them know that if there was an appointment to be done to see if there was any updates that need to be done or whatever they dont let you know until like a few days before in like you know I have to work so they will just come in and do it so theres no privacy or nothing its just ridiculous here like people say its quiet and everything like where Im at its not quiet theres always people bumping music or people you know speeding throughout the park Ive witnessed theft of Breakin like if you have a family I would not move in this trailer park it is downright horrible you know any complaints that Ive ever had have never been resolved and its just ridiculous so 0 stars but I have to put a star sorry

I am always very pleased by Tiffany and Alyssa whenever I go in the office . If I have a problem it is always take care of immediately and the maintenance staff is always friendly and efficient. I just signed another lease because of the great level of service I get at township . Thank you for wonderful attitudes and service .

Since they have had their THIRD management change this year, you cant ever get a hold of anyone in the office during office hours. I called a different community manager to get answers to my questions, and had a better over the phone experience there.

They raise your rent suppose to be 629 a month just pay a little on water trash mine went from 650 to 680 within a few months. Without doing another rent agreement. I didnt agree to pay almost 700 plus gas and electric. Agreement says to pay 629 and a little towards water trash. Also when i did the walk through the lady marked the paint job saying i wont get charged for it. When i moved out they charged me 500 for paint job. Also when i was moving out they let people take my stuff during me moving out so my stuff got stolen. Even a bike i had since i was 16 was stolen. The landlord had no right telling people to take things when i was moving out. I had so many days to be out. When i did live there someone broke into my trailer through the back door our place got trashed. So its not even safe.

So far so good. Maintenance has been a blessing. Office staff is very friendly.

It was several years ago that I lived there. But from the sound of reviews nothing has changed. Had to call the city to get any repairs done. Incorrect charges on water bills. And they would NOT clean, mow, or take care of the empty sites but if you let ONE weed grow in your driveway they are threatening to charge you outrageous bills for upkeep. Atrocious.

I went there to repair a furnace at a mobile home . the park was very quiet and there is plenty of extra parking for Tennants and guest. I felt comfortable and at home there.

Applying for rental was quick and easy, the staff are very friendly! They offer many different homes at different prices, and the home Im currently at is amazing and couldnt of asked for anything better!

Use to live here but they kicked my family and myself out because they blamed my younger brother for a crime he did not commit. The police were never called or involved. I would recommend living anywhere but here.

This place is a great low income place to live. They maintenence the properties well and are friendly. The public spaces are clean as well as the pool. Im so happy to take up residence at this community

Currently live here they nitpick abt everything. Worst place to live only moved here because of Erik he said the community was nice idk if he is still in office anymore but I honestly cannot stand living here I feel like they pick on us when everyone else has done this or that like I feel like even complaining abt anything they get annoyed with us and it shouldn’t feel like that. Erik always tried to help the best way he could.

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! Office staff is beyond rude once you sign your lease they will harass you. All day long they drive around on golf carts and harass you. I will be leaving ASAP. They also do not comply with the law regarding service animals.

Went to visit the community, customer service was great, Makenzie was very personable made me feel welcomed.

My daughter moved in, discovered a DECOMPOSED MOUSE under her stove, was IMMEDIATELY overrun with COCKROACHES AND BEDBUGS! The staff has yet to deal with ANY of those issues, except to send someone to BARELY treat the roaches ( he missed more than one room!) and said they WOULD NOT be heat-treating the bedbugs (which is the ONLY WAY to eradicate them) !!!!But got a notice to cut the grass WRITTEN 4 DAYS AFTER IT WAS CUT!!!

Moved in July 2016, no problems. Sandi was an awesome leasing agent very nice and caring 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟(5 stars). Then new management happened. Office workers very rude. Maintence had to come out 3x to replace a toliet. Fixed a leak between the bathrooms and did an awful job putting the drywall back up. The streets are awful. Huge and I mean potholes on the roads. You have to drive in peoples yard to avoid them. The kids take out chunks of the asphalt and throw it in road. Said kids tore up the playground many times. Trailer was in good shape except the carpet in the front room needs to be replaced. It is the orginal carpet from when the trailer was built. I would never rent from Towneship of Clifton again. I did love how centrally located it was to highways and Derby. Ask your self before buying or renting there Why so many empty lots??Update: Never received my deposit back. I left my home cleaner than when I moved in. I left the staff my new address.

Worst place to live awful management they send u the amount of rent and when they receive the payment it’s something different so now ur getting late fees charge with the problem not been yours need better skilled office people that actually know what they are doing

I have only lived in this trailer park for 6 weeks and it has been a horrible experience for me. Straight from the start my leasing agent filled out my paperwork incorrectly and that delayed my acceptance by two weeks for which I was living in a hotel while waiting to move into my new home and it cost me an additional $2,000! Then the leasing agent told me that she would guarantee me my first months lot rent free for my inconvenience, but, the then withdrew the offer. Then my first payment was due and my son was out of town and I called and talked to the manager and told her I would have my check in the drop box as soon as he returned. He had been out of town working and we only have the one car and she told me that would be fine because it was considered late until the following Monday, but, that night, two days before it would be considered late a different manager wrote an eviction notice and posted it on my door! I totally freaked out! Then there is the water issues. I have lived her 6 weeks and we have had 7 days during this time without water! They keep telling me that they have emergency water line breaks. The pipe leading into my trailer was all dug up at the time I viewed the home and they assured me that it would be fixed prior to my moving in. I love my home, so, I too their word that they would have that fixed. That was a mistake. I paid them $12,000 cash for my trailer and they did not fix the pipe. So, after the incident with the mistaken eviction notice I called the regional office manager, actually by mistake. I was actually calling a trailer park in Park City because I was looking for a place to move my trailer too and Bayshore just happened to own that trailer park as well and that is where the regional managers office is. I told her about everything that had happened and even took pictures of the water pipe in the yard. She told me they would fix it. They sent someone out to repair it and I thought it was done, my mistake again. It is now 6 weeks later and it is below 10 degrees outside and the pipes are frozen because they did not fix that pipe like they said. They sent maintenance out twice today and told us it was fixed and that we still didnt have water because our pipes were frozen and since we own the trailer it is our responsibility to fix them ourselves, even though it was their neglect that caused the problem in the first place. So, we have been without water for two days now. We do not have the money to pay for a plumber (remember we spent $2,000 on a hotel while they got the paperwork corrected), anyway we scrounged up enough change to purchase a light bulb for a heatlamp we had taken from our old house and my son was going to crawl under the house and put the heatlamp there to thaw out the pipes, but, low and behold, all our pipes are totally covered and insulated! So, our pipes under our trailer arent frozen, we dont have water because their pipe is broken and still frozen leading into our house. I have called the manager and the regional manager about 15 times this weekend, they refuse to return my calls. My son called them numerous times and the last call we made the manager told the answering service they will not do anything until tomorrow, which will be day 3 with no water - no way to flush our toilets, not water to wash dishes in, no baths or showers, and no drinking water. I am disabled and cannot live this way. Tomorrow I will be calling the city, the ada, and whoever I need to call to file a complaint against them. If you took the time to read this please think carefully before moving into this trailer park. I love my trailer, I love the location, for the most part it is quiet here, although the police has been to my neighbors house at least once since I moved in and sometimes the music is really loud and it really bothers me, but, I HATE the management. They have cost me literally thousands of dollars and they have done nothing but disrespect and lie to me since the day I moved in here!
