Loved my experience here. Got in contact with Omar over Facebook marketplace then came by to check out some cars. They found the right one for me super fast. The guys at azv auto sales were all extremely helpful. Omar was the one who helped me pick out a gorgeous BMW! He was very knowledgeable about the cars and very profesional. I had the worst experience ever......called ahead to inform the sales person.when we got there, walk the small lot and no one came out to even acknowledge us. after being there about 20min looking thought the lot a man came out and ask me to please move my car that was blocking and come into the office. When We went inside I told him which car I was there to see at which point he handed me the keys and continue to text on his phone. so we processed to go look at the car, at no given point did this man come out to see if we had any questions or need any information about the vehichle we were looking at. I felt my business wasnt important enough and decided to leave. worst experience ever.....

My entire family goes there. All more friends go there. My mom bought a car from Omar and Mike and their services regularly it for free if anything pops up.

Went there to look at a car I found listed online, reached out to them about it said wed be coming Saturday, then reached out when we were on our way giving what ibwould imagine ample time to make sure the car was ready to be viewed. Got there and the car we went to look at had a completely dead battery-i mean no life whatsoever. Follow that with the hatch would not open by any means. The interior was stained and dirty which they did not list. While there saw another car that we liked so got the keys and started looking at it. The second car had a bad airbag sensor, and a bad oil sensor because it showed 0% oil life and needing an oil change-but the dip stick for the oil showed full and what appeared to be new oil. Car also had some damage all of these things which were not noted in their listings, and serious moisture on the inside windows including frost. Suffice to say we did not drive away with a new car from this place and wasted our time.

I bought a car from them the guy offered me a month of warranty and 6 months if I pay extra 300 dollars, short story transmission was bad brought back the car to them they had for 1 month and they never did anything to the car, DONT BUY CARS FROM THEM they seem cheap they just make a quick repair to sell it, and couple weeks later cars dont run any more

Dont buy !! Horrible experience I only had with the car for 3 days and on the 4th day the car no longer worked, I bought a new jeep compass 2017 with 38 thousand miles practically, it did not turn on, it did not walk forward or backward, we called the dealer to notify him of the problem They told us to take the car back, but there was no way the vehicle was not walking, so we told them that they had to send a tow truck, they didnt want to pay for the tow truck, and we were within the 30-day guarantee; We arrived at the dealer with the vehicle on a tow truck and they still didnt pay the cost of the tow truck horrible experience. I repeat, dont buy with them ...... they are frogs !!! Again Dont Buy by 06/15/2021
