My wife and i went and had our eyes examined march 28. We ordered 2 pairs of glasses each. Paid upfront what insurance didnt cover. I recieved my glasses two weeks later as promised. My wife got hers about a day later. Her prescription was off. I dont know if it was the prescription or the manufacturing that was wrong but she couldnt use them. They told her to try them for a week,she did,but she couldnt see with them. She took them back, got reexamined,here it is June 2 and my wifes glasses are still not ready, told her they needed to talk to the Dr.( I will keep you posted ).

Oh my goodness this place is the best!!! I made an appointment on my way to work. I tell you the ladies at the front desk have funny stories to tell and are willing to listen. The Dr that did our eye exams had wonderful stories of travel. We will definitely return when needed.

Dr. Ruiz has been the most marvelous doctor I ever visited. He explains the eye examination in detail, does not rush you out like every other doctor, is genuinely empathetic, & was willing to even work around my schedule. I will never go to another eye doctor again, unless it is him. Previously an optometrist attempted to diagnose me as having glaucoma issues. Dr. Ruiz solved the issue and immediately knew what it was (it was not glaucoma). My eye resolved itself after his treatment and I got my vision back. He saved me money and time.Joy also is so pleasant to work with as she is the upmost friendliest! She takes care of you as if you were family. She welcomed me with a hug. Very home like vibes here. I highly recommend to my own family and friends and hope you find your visitation as delightful as mine.

My husband was out of town and staying in the Garland area when an eye issue occured that prevented him from seeing. I found ECVC nearby where he was staying an I am so grateful I did. They were able to squeeze him in on short notice. The sweet lady on the phone was the nicest person who could sense my worry and urgency when I called. Husband said his care was phenomenal and what he told me made me want to drive to Garland to get regular eye care (we live near Oklahoma City). Although they didnt accept our out of state insurance, they worked with us on everything. I am so thankful they took such amazing care of an out of town visitor.

New Patient/ 1st time Visit: I havent gotten an eye examined in years! Eye Care Vision Center was so helpful, quick, and professional. The entire staff at Eye Care Vision is wonderful. I immediately felt like a part of their family, which makes the experience fun and trustworthy. All of my questions were answered professionally. They did a great job working with my insurance and finding what works best for me. --- They also found a pair of frames that REALLY worked for me and I felt looked great. (Personally, I am someone who has a harder time in finding the right look for myself. So I was relieved and impressed at how fast they found a pair of glasses that worked for me!) Very happy with my decision to come here.

All of the staff are very nice and sweet. They all seem very professional but still seem like they have fun and enjoy their job. I really enjoyed coming here the dr. is pretty funny and very nice and the man who helped me pick out glasses is also a hoot! I would recommend this place to everyone. Loved it! They make you feel like youve known them your whole life, they are all so friendly!

That was my first time experience with Eye Care Vision Center and it was great! I stopped by just to look at the frames and after a short period of time I was ordering one already. Daniel was very helpful, ran my insurance, helped me with a final decision on which frame fits me better, and it’s always nice to get a professional’s opinion when you are shopping on your own . Dr.Ruiz and his staff are some of the most amazing people you will ever meet! They are always smiling and so professional! Dr.Ruiz is so down to earth that youll forget youre at a eye doctor! My mom brought me here when I was 16 I am now 27 and they have consistently given me EXCELLENT service! I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!

I have been coming to Eye Care Vision Center for over 40 years, and I have now moved out of town about two hours away, and I still come here.Dr. Stendig is retired, but I will always cherish the memories of him! His jokes always kept me laughing!!!Dr. Ruiz is great and the ladies in the office are fantastic!!! I love them like family! They are so loving and caring.

I have only been a patient here for a couple of years. My husband had an issue with his eyes. I brought him here and the Dr. was able to find what the problem is and treat it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

These people deserve a 5 and I haven’t even been there yet. I just called to make an appointment and the receptionist (older lady) was the sweetest. I’m ready to meet her.
