Dr Rafael Garcia and the staff of this clinic are very good. Doctor is very much experienced and good in take care of his patients. Front desk staff are extremely polite and friendly. First time I am writing a review in 10 years of my experience in different clinics in the city.

We were able to get a same day appointment and we confirmed they were on time; we were seen an hour late. The price is $89 for glasses only but what they dont tell you is you must either be dilated or use the OptoMap which is very expensive. Dr. Culbertson and the rest of the office staff were very nice but wished they were more upfront with their schedule, services required/recommended and how much they charge.

We made appointments online, prefilled out all the paperwork, the office called, texted and emailed constant reminders for the appointments over the intervening weeks. The day we arrive they finally looked at our paperwork and told my wife she had to have a diabetic eye exam and they would bill medical insurance. My wife has already had the exam because she sees an ophthalmologist ever 6 months, therefore the medical insurance would deny the claim. The person said we had to get the exam regardless,, or provide the records of the exam. Well providing the records at 9:00 AM on a Saturday is not possible, however in 15 or so calls, emails and texts this was never mentioned. We had filled out our paperwork 3 weeks ago and they didnt bother to review the paperwork until after the exam was complete.Recommend finding any other optometrist.

This is my 2nd time going to Master Eye Associates. Their staff is friendly and accommodating. I never have a problem making an appointment and being treated in a timely manner once I arrive. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and explained my results throughly. I will continue to use Master Eye Associates.

Had trouble with web site. First trying to find the correct office, then after creating the new patient form the office associate couldn’t find it and had to do it again which was actually easier than online. The exam was more detailed than I’ve ever had maybe because technology has advanced so much. I was well pleased with the associates and the doctor snd would recommend this office to anyone needing an eye exam

They were very organized and professional and Covid conscious. I appreciated their attention to detail regarding sanitization. While many offices have gone back to business as usual they maintained a fine balance. The Dr. was very knowledgeable and very professional as was the staff. I will definitely be making this office my new home for eye exams!

The optometrist was very good he explained everything that was going on if I had any questions he had no problem answering it very pleasant really enjoyed my visit the whole staff was actually very pleasant I would recommend them to any of my relatives or friends

The provider I had was R. Garcia, he was patient and detailed. He is not this locations permanent provider but he was pleasant. The front desk receptionist was very professional & had great customer service.

So thankful we found this place. Going through a few different eye doctor because they are never available or the staff just wasn’t the right fit. We stumbled on this place and now our whole family goes here.Front office staff was great, the Visionwork place next door is also great as well. On top of that they are cheaper than the place we used to go to. Who would have thought that you could find a great eye care place in a mall close to your house?! Not Eye!...see what I did there? 😜

I was extremely satisfied with the way I was treated as a customer. All the employees & the doctor were very professional and attentive to my needs.

Great experience! I was seen right away, online forms submission was quite simple. Dr. B and the entire staff were plesant. I despise going to an eye Dr., however I will definitely go back to them as my preffered providor.

Make sure you mention you want what insurance covers. They did x-rays on my eyes I did not ask for and charged me $129 for the yearly exam for my wife and I. They already completed the service so I paid but still would have been nice to be notified it wasnt covered so I can make the decision whether I wanted it or not.

The staff was amazing and very thorough in making sure everything was clean and sanitized as we went from station to station doing the testing. The doctor herself was thorough and kind. She made sure to test my eyes and we came to a conclusion together that my prescription from a previous doctor was too strong. I really appreciated the time and effort she put in to make sure I was leaving with a proper script and I was satisfied with the results. Will be going back with out a doubt!

I had an appt at 3:15 and I arrived at 2:30, thinking I would just have to wait. The very friendly staff got me right in and performed a very thorough examination using the latest advanced technology. I thrn saw the doctor and she was amazing, answered all my questions and even brought tomy attention possible future Macular degeneration. I was very impressed and they made a customer for life.

The place was very clean. Covid measures where enforced. Pleasant and knowledgeable.

If you don’t pay the $39 out of pocket they’ll make you wait forever and will entertain all that came AFTER you. I was in 11:30am came out 1:18pm. Dilation shouldn’t take long, but they’ll make you feel bad just because you didn’t pay. Dr. Culbertson “seemed” nice.

Went to this clinic for the first time and I was very satisfied. Staff are really friendly and very helpful. And thank you to Dr. Babaei, my eye feels so much better. Highly recommend this eye clinic!

Very friendly atmosphere. Professional staff member, but yet know how to make you feel comfortable.

I was able to set up my eye exam for myself and family. While filling out paperwork, i asked why the exam required dialation. The front desk said it was a requirement by the doctor. I have had the option by other optometrist if I wanted or did not want dialation. Here it would be required and its an additional fee thats not covered by my vision plan. My health insurance covers it but you have to pay a co-pay. Basically it would have been about $160.00 for 4 people. This is a scam, so since I refused to have dialation, they couldnt do the exam. Here is the thing, you lost 4 new patients over dialation, but....you could wave one patient and not the others. What does that tell you ? Dialation is not a requirement and is not needed. How can you determine its needed if you havent even reviewed my health history...Money hungry all the way, scamming the system. Im definitely informing my HR Department so that they are aware and for them to tell all government employees. Dialation is an option.

This is the perfect place to get your eye exam. Rene at the front desk was very nice and helped me out when I made a mistake scheduling my appointment. I didnt have to wait at all for them to get me in (actually they let me start early). Dr. Wagner is awesome. Shes very kind and explains everything thoroughly. Easily the most pleasant experience Ive had doing an annual eye check up.

Came in to get my son an eye exam and they are charging an additional $39 for a extra procedure needed where they have to take a picture for the eye dilation and review it since the doc cant get close to the patient due to Covid19. It would have been nice if they mentioned this before the appointment! What a way to take advantage of customers during these difficult times! I will never set foot in this place again. Crooks👎

Really a great place to have an eye exam. Everything from making my appointment to discussing options for corrective lenses went smoothly and I actually enjoyed it! Dr. Wagner was very thorough and patient with all of my questions; I cant recommend her enough.

I absolutely enjoyed my experience from seeing the eye doctor to picking out my new specs! All of the staff were extremely kind. I probably went through 100 pairs and the young lady that helped me didn’t complain not once she kept bringing me more. I would High recommend this place to all my friends, family and followers. I had my vision checked at a competitor late 2018 and they could not get prescription right. The doctor here took her time and asked a number of questions. It’s been one day trying out my trial contacts and I can already tell the difference.

Chain of Events:I had made a phone call to ask and see if I could walk-in for an eye exam. The lady on the phone had told me that I could come on in. When I did come in, they told me that they made a mistake and there were no walk-ins and the lady on the phone didnt know what she was talking about and how the scheduling system works.With no sincere apology to me, they did say the circumstances were unfortunate. (which admits no fault...)I scheduled an appointment for next week (October 12th) and had given them my dads insurance information and was explicitly stated that if there had been any issues, I would receive a phone call.I come in for my appointment on the 12th of October and when I come to the front counter. Im told that there had been an issue with my insurance and its gone inactive. Im not the primary insurance holder and I need some time to reach out to my father to get all the information, he works full time, I work full time and take classes, so this is very inconvenient. Im told that I can pay $85 for my eye exam, and frankly the money isnt the issue.The lady at the counter with glasses (Didnt catch her name) was incredibly rude and condescending anytime that there were any issues. She had asked me if I received any phone call and I answered no. And she says Well thats not true, we did send you a call and at this point Im a little irritated and a liar. Im also being put on the defensive, and I tell her that from the beginning that my time had not been respected and she did not care, and I walked out.Ive had very good experiences in the past, I believe that the doctors who work here are very professional and care about their patients. I would love it if someone could reach out and we could find a solution. But I feel very discriminated against by the lady who handles the front counter.

Great experience for my grandson...He was impressed and thats hard to do with a 13 year old. Dr. Wagner is GREAT!!
