I had to replace my son’s glasses that were broken at school. Adrien helped find us new frames quickly! We went from broken glasses to walking out with brand new ones in about 15 mins. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service! Their first priority is to make you happy. Got a pair of glasses and I wasnt satisfied, so they made sure to get me a new pair and they were perfect! Great team!

I give 5 stars cause the manager John he is very nice and understanding. If you have and doubts or concerns go to him. I dont care much for the other employees they give u wrong pricing and are not very welcoming

Fantastic service. Nam was super helpful and courteous and was able to assist me with all my needs. I had just left Pearle Vision on Belt Line having dealt with an old racist hag. Here, instead I was well received, insurance info easily printed out, discussed all my options, with and without perks added on, and Nam did his best to help me get the best deal. I walked out of here happy and will be returning next year for a pair of sunglasses.

If you are coming to walmart to fix your glasses, the associates that work here are very helpful. Especially, Nam! They helped me even if my warranty was expired and assisted with no charge. Five stars!

I went on October 19th at noo to this optical center in Walmart and the lady there was going to take me the temperature on the forehead. I asked her to take it has to be on the forehead because thats what I have been told. If I have the temperature I have it all over the body. Dos and she said by yourself or what?

Bad experience with both of them! For starters when I approached this man to ask a question he acted as if he DIDNT WANT TO help.. OK fine meet another LADY she was sweet and pointed me in the right direction! The doctors office next door is just crappy! Felt like I was being rushed just so they could go to lunch! Never again will I set foot in here again! I love Walmart vision center, but this one by far has been RUDE! here is the punch line I was just setting up an appointment with them!!! Ill take my money where its wanted!Find another place to go!

Polite got new lenses for my current glasses and I see well and all but the lenses aren’t exact size they poke out a bit other than that great!

Horrible customer service. I have never had that issue coming to this location but today the woman who helped me was just terrible. If you do no have people skills do not work in customer service.

It takes Walmart more than 6 weeks to have my glasses ready. Click on sun shield does not work correctly till today.I have to go back for the no questions ask lens protection plan after only 6 months (forget the scratch protection for $$$, it does not work) and the warranty was not honored just because the clerk could not see those obvious scratches.I did not save $$$ nor get the service I was expecting.Try somewhere else.

Dr. Trinh Phan rushed the service, did not answer my questions, and seemed distracted.
