The staff and doctor were exceptional in their service. I didnt have to wait long, the form was only 1 page and easy to complete quickly, and the staff and doctor were very personable. I will continue coming here in years to come.
Came in when another eyeglasses shop in the firewheel center couldn’t replace a simple screw. A super friendly and helpful man named Mussie helped me and replaced the screw and nose pads free of charge. Earned my business Ill be buying frames this month the way they treated me sealed the deal. Great customer service, great conversation, clean and comfortable atmosphere. 10/10

Got new glasses today from Linda. I saw her smiling face looking at me the minute I walked into the store. She was very helpful and kind. She was not pushy and did not follow me around trying to force me to buy the most expensive frames in the store. Linda also explained everything very clearly.
This lenscrafters is fantastic. John and team have been incredibly helpful and patient, even when my prescription changed almost immediately after they had made me three pairs of glasses.Highly recommend, especially if you have an unusual prescription or need your glasses adjusted with precision to help with reading/computer/distance eyestrain.

Poor customer service and rude to customers. I went in last Thursday and they completely ignored me and skipped me multiple times to take care of other customers that had arrived after me. After waiting for about an hour I was told that the system was down and I had to return another day...when I returned and ordered my glasses I was not given a receipt. For some reason they decided to add insurance which I requested I did not want it...what else are they adding that they are not telling their customers? So many choices dont go to this place.

LensCrafters has been the eyewear source for my wife and me for many years. Their products and prices are good, but their people and service are unsurpassed! My glasses lost a nosepiece yesterday and I dropped by the Firewheel location today and they fixed it on the spot at no charge. Thanks for the great service!

My daughter got her first script for glasses and they were extremely patient with my little fashionista going above and beyond to make sure she could see as fast as possible. The only draw back was the price but while we did get a deal, for a pair of single vision glasses, it was still almost $200 before the eye exam.

I cannot fully express my gratitude towards Riley, Crystal and Liz here at the Willowbend location. I bought a pair of glasses but the brand had some issues with quality and they were able to kindly and patiently help me into a new pair of glasses. The warranty process was tedious but they helped me through it the whole way.

If another representative tells you I’m next but you decide to see another customer then I have an issue with that. So yes I can and will take my business else where. The gentleman was very friendly and professional and everything went great until it was time to go pick them up .... it was a 45 min drive to this location because they had appointments for eye exam on a Sunday and I needed them ASAP. Well that was 02/21/20 here I am today 03/12/21 still waiting for my prescribed glasses. They don’t even bother to call and let customer know. I’ve had to call to check status since promised date was 03/03/20 well here 03/12/21 and still nothing. If they are not sure about the date they should just let customer know ahead of time. Today I called and now they’re saying 03/19 . Bad service !!! Thought I went to LensCrafters but looks like I ordered from Wish.

Professional and very helpful staff. I came in at the beginning of the year and I love how staff helped suggest a frame that worked with my face. This was the 2nd time I have bought glasses and I wasnt sure what worked for my face shape. I wasnt very happy on how my first glasses (which Ive bought elsewhere) looked and realized that choosing a good frame is more important than I realized as youd be wearing it all year long. I also just called the to inquire if I can come in and have my lenses replaced. The person on the phone was very helpful and informative. Excellent quality of care to their customers. Love it.

I have purchased glasses three year back, and I was told that I will have servicing free for life long. Today I went to the same store and the statement was something different. The sales man was extremely very rude, he told me the anti reflection film is slightly came off. I was given a long lecture with conclusion that this is not fixable. I need to purchase new glasses with new prescription. I was like seriously. The time of purchase store will make you purchase the items with good attractive statements, but the time of actual need the store will act like this and will not fix the issue.

Called to inquire about my glasses that I purchased over a year ago being scratched. I was reprimanded for asking and not knowing that it expired after a year . Multiple times weve gone to this store and been promised sales and not delivered on. Yesterday we went in because my wife had problems resulting from chemo treatments for Stage 3 Breast cancer and were treated very rudely by the young lady there. The other sales associate was very pleasant but we most likely wont be back to this store.

On 10-21-20 I was turned around by Jocelyn a manager @ 110 cedar Sage Dr. at 10.45am at lenscrafters telling me that the tech would be in around 2pm. She agreed to fix my glasses if I leave them. I told the young lady that i spoke to a guy Ross on 10/20/20 and he advised me to bring them in on the morning of 10/21/20 like I have done and it shouldnt take more than 15 minutes to put a screw in. On 10/21/20 Jocelyn the manager thats on duty said they werent able to fix them this morning because the tech will not be in until 2pm. Someone in this lenscrafters need to get their communication correct. Now Im out of gas, miles on my vehicle and most of all time. I drove over 45 miles one way to get here for them to tell me I have to leave my glasses here until after 2pm. I would advise people to make sure before they make a mistake and drive to this lenscrafters. I have purchased over 5 pair of glasses from this lenscrafters in the last 2 years. Thanks lenscrafters for being useful to the people that spend money with you guys to do nothing.
Went to this location because I had recently gotten my prescription and it’s like they refused to come service me. My friend and I were in there for a good 20-30 minutes and they walked up to everyone else who walked in after us to assist them avoiding us completely. It wasn’t as if I made myself unapproachable I was openly trying to get help but every time they asked someone else.

While I have a very strong prescription I was assured there would be no problems in satisfying my needs. They went that extra mile to ensure my 100% satisfaction. Overall, I am VERY pleased with the service I received and the pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer oriented staff. LensCrafters is now my go to eye center. I called again and sent an email with my prescription and she never once got back to me. Last time I called she hung up on me right away. So unprofessional.
I went to get my glasses and the service was awesome! The order was placed and i paid when i picked them up. I went and expected the same excellent service with my daughters glasses. Christian told me she would call when ready but i never got a call and she didnt tell me to pay before or else i would have. When i called to find out why, i was yelled at by Christian and another associate that never named herself. This was the most unprofessional staff i have ever encountered in my life. Never waste your time here.

A little more on the pricey side for lenses but it’s a given since the glasses are very high quality!I had to rush for my glasses because I was moving to Austin - they were SO SO friendly and receptive to my calls and got back to me so quickly when they were busy. One of the employees even called up the lab just to keep me updated.My glasses arrived right in the nick of time, and the employees went out of their way to make a lot of adjustments so my glasses would fit perfectly. I am Asian so our noses are flatter and usually when I get glasses at other places they tend to slip down a lot. But they made the right adjustments so I could enjoy my new and fabulous glasses.I highly recommend this place because the people here are very knowledgeable and know exactly what they are doing. They will answer any questions you have, and I truly mean ANY. They are extremely helpful and nice - all around great experience from start to finish.
Speaking only about my experience in the LensCrafters store - the service level provided by Kristin LeeAnn was outstanding. She managed multiple clients with ease and delivered excellent customer service with a personal touch. The staff here are dedicated to making sure your lenses and glasses fit perfectly and (in my situation) are willing to stay a bit after hours to ensure you walk away satisfied. Its been nearly a month since I ordered my glasses and I still havent received them. This is in no way the fault of the store. The employees have been wonderful and after my initial dissatisfaction with the manager, hes been absolutely wonderful in this whole process. Its still frustrating not to have my glasses still, 28 days after I ordered them, but thats because their main labs messed up big time. Im still not sure Ill come back because of the amount of time its taken to get my glasses, but thats in no way the fault of the employees.
LensCrafters have been so considerate in their services for past customers and non customers alike. My husband and I stepped into their store and were asked about what we needed, to which the staff quickly responded by trying to fix my husbands tilted glasses. I didnt grab the name of the other associate in the store at the time but she used to work in fashion (in a way she still does) and she too was a huge help. She asked me who I was and helped match the glasses to the person. I WILL be back!
Ill try to keep this as short as possible, but hey...I went to this store about 2.5 weeks ago and was greeted by store employee Linda. She asked what I was looking for, and I told her eye glasses. I also told her I just wanted to look around and I was not ready to make a purchase that day. She pried a little bit more asking about the type/strength of lenses I needed to which I responded that I had my prescription in the car, and reminded her I just wanted to look around for now.I proceeded to look through various pairs of eyeglasses on the wall before checking out a few pair of shades, and then returning to the eyeglasses. Id say I was browsing for around 25 minutes altogether. Towards the end of my browsing she asked yet again did I need any help, and after I declined again, she asked me about my insurance and whatnot - claiming that it would somehow be beneficial for me in the end when I was ready to make a purchase. I told her Id need a sec to look up that info in my phone, as a way of getting her off my back. Not too long afterwards I stopped browsing altogether and I had a seat on the bench near the window. I was casually looking through my phone (not for insurance) for around 5 minutes before Linda approaches me and says If I cant help you with anything, Im going to have to ask you to leave because youre making me uncomfortable. I told her that I was just hanging out for a second (just a saying--mind you, I had been sitting there for maybe 5 minutes) to which she responded Do you see anyone else here just hanging around? Eventually I told her Im just looking through my phone; pointing out that I had only been sitting for 5 minutes or so, and she walked away.A few seconds later I decided to walk up to her at the cash register and ask her doesnt she find it odd/weird that shed walk up to me and say that Im making her feel uncomfortable by being there. I cant recall what she said verbatim, but I know it had something to do with her just wanting to help.To cut this a down a bit, I eventually talk to both the assistant and the store managers on the phone about this situation. Both of which seemed rather surprised, especially the assistant manager who I believed was either named Marbin/Marvin. I felt he was truly shocked and disappointed in how the situation transpired. Matt, the store manager, agreed that it wasnt handled the best, and he tried explaining to me that it was out of Lindas character. He suspected that she responded to me in this fashion because the store had apparently been robbed before, and the person who did it also denied help and whatnot. However, I told him thats not really an excuse for a customer to be singled out and treated in such a way. I also pointed out to him that I suspected me being a black man couldve likely had something to do with how I was treated and not others. Maybe I fit a description? (I dont know the race of the supposed robbers) Only Linda truly knows this, but what the take away here is that this is literally how stereotypes get started, and why theyre problematic to say the least.**Please note that I did not bring up my race to Linda. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but some things simply cant be overlook, which is why I brought it up to Matt. I also brought up to him that while looking in the mirror, I noticed shed shoot me a look almost anytime my hands went near my pockets while browsing. We all knew the racial dynamics at play here. He saw me himself before he left that day. Also, I pointed out to him specifically that Im a longtime customer. Leaving that point out to Linda since it shouldnt have mattered.Whether it was simply terrible customer service or racially motivated discrimination, customers deserve to be treated with dignity. I literally did nothing to give this woman a reason to believe that she was going to be robbed or that I posed some sort of threat other than browsing for glasses, and taking a seat on a bench that I would think is there for customers to sit - for a short period of time at that.
I just wanted to thank Linda and Alicia for being so great! I bought Oakley glasses from the Oakley store and the arms were way too long and went to the back of my head. Oakley did not want to cut them for me so I called Lenscrafters. Their customer service has always been amazing, but this time they went above and beyond to help me feel more comfortable in my new glasses. Linda recommended that if anyone could do it, it would be Alicia. When I got there, Alicia took a look at them and said she thought she could cut them for me and even offered to give me a new pair if she damaged them, which she didnt need to do. However, she cut them perfectly and they now fit my head correctly and I am 100 times happier with my new glasses. So thank you two ladies for helping me out even though I did not purchase my glasses from you. Its people like you who make a difference in peoples lives. I highly recommend that you go to the firewheel location for new glasses or for help with your existing pair. I also would like to say that Josh is awesome as well. Went there on 2/19 to have glasses originally made there replaced. Told they might be ready on 2/23, but the official date is 2/26. My credit card was charged on 2/20. On 2/27, I was called and told there was a quality issue and my glassed would be finished on 2/28. Never heard anything until I called today, 3/2, and they are still not finished. Told me it might be tomorrow. I doubt it. Guess what, no credits to my credit card. What a scam!!!! Ill never go there again.
First, let me say a great big Thank You to Linda for all of her help in picking out a great pair of frames for my husband and me. She spent as much time as was needed to answer all of our questions and to make sure that we were completely satisfied with our selections. Also, since they closed our LensCrafters in Tyler, my husband and I drove from Lindale, TX to Garland, TX to go to LensCrafters and it was well worth our drive. I bragged about the care that I was given by Michael at the LensCrafters in Tyler and was heartbroken when I found out that they had closed our store. I went to visit my best friend in Little Rock, AR and went to the LensCrafters there, but after waiting for 45 minutes for someone, anyone to help us, and continued excuses as to why they were taking other customers in front of us, we ended up leaving. I was going to go somewhere in Tyler to get my glasses, but I had such a bad experience with EyeMart placing my bifocals, and causing my eye sight to become worse, even after going back 2 different times to have my right lens replaced, I decided that I would use LensCrafters, due to the computerized placement of the bifocals, instead of someone using a sharpie to place a dot on the lens to guesstimate where the bifocal should be placed. Linda also informed us that they could overnight our glasses to us when they come in, which she said would take approximately 2 days for us to receive them and my husband had Transitions lens put in his and his will still only take approximately 2 days to receive. We are extremely pleased with the service that we received and will be returning when it time for us to have our eyes checked again. Also, one last thing, everyone who entered the store was greeted promptly and was waited on promptly and we were there approximately 2 hrs to have both mine and my husbands glasses done. I want to give the whole staff at LensCrafters in Garland, TX 5 gold stars for their excellent customer service and attention and care that was paid to each and every customer that entered the store while we were there and for seeing to it that we were completely satisfied with our purchase. Thank you so much for the care that was given to us. I will spread the word to everyone I know to come and visit for all of their eyeglasses needs.
What a ripoff! Dr. Pham next door was very rude...Im hard of hearing and he was in such a rush that I could not answer his questions fast enough so he was impatient and said Just say yes or no! Then I told him that I had worn bifocals before but didnt have them with me. He kept calling them progressive. I ask him if by progressive he meant bifocals then yes. What I didnt realize was that he had intended to upsale. Our insurance pays 100% on bifocals the lens that they insisted I needed were about $300 after insurance for premium progressive. They did the same thing on my husbands glasses and all he needed or wanted was reading glasses frames after insurance were about $40 then they insisted on premium progressive for him even though he told them the glasses were just for reading. We walked out in shock at a total of $650 for both. I still dont know what premium progressive is but I dont need anything fancy just no line bifocals. Last time I got glasses without insurance 2 for $99.
Let me just say shout out to the manager he helped me completely with my glasses and his work ethic is amazing and is devotion to the customer to make sure there satisfied 100%. I could go on and say more great things about him but let me skip that and get to the point. promote this man to regional manager or higher he deserves it!!!!!!
Friendly helpful staff when it comes to picking out frames. Problem is that if you call them to book an eye exam they schedule it with the independent contractor next door, Firewheel Eye Care. I made this mistake and based my decision off of the google rating for lens crafters. Well it is quite possibly the worst eye doctor office on the planet. I would not recommend!!! Dont get fooled by lenscrafters high google rating like me and find out when it is too late. Firewheel Eye Care has a 1.8 rating and you will notice a trend in the reviews.

Seems like nice folks but price is outrageous. They claim they discount glasses enough to try to come close to using vsp insurance of which they are out of network with but the same frames and lens, everything the same, I made sure, cost $80 with Murphy eye glasses in network to vsp and lens crafters quoted me $600+. I know my company has a better deal with vsp than most but my hunch is they cannot get close to anyone in network vsp cost. I trusted the for 2 to 3 years, my bad, should have compared prices a long time back.
This place went from telling me my glasses would be ready the same day, to telling me to pick them up a week later. A week later they are still not ready. I also ordered prescription lenses from oakley through them and the shipment came in but the lenses were the wrong size. So they had to reorder those as well. DONT MAKE PROMISES YOU CANT KEEP. PAY ATTENTION TO TH LITTLE DETAILS.

From start to finish, my experience here was perfect. Initially, I ordered a pair of Tiffany non-prescription sunglassses from Lenscrafters online. Long story short it was a nightmare. I went into the Lenscrafters store on a Saturday morning and met with Linda. I was the 2nd person to go into the store that morning and she was the only person on duty at the time. She greeted me with a smile on her face. When the number of clients waiting increased and would have been overwhelming to most, she was just as kind and spent as much quality time with each client and seemed so happy to do so. She was by herself with at least 7 customers to deal with and never even appeared to be stressed and never was short with any of the customers. She spent time with me to help find frames that matched my face. She waited for my optometrist to send over my glasses prescription. She then helped me sort out my insurance/HSA issues. I ended up needing to return the glasses I purchased online and exchange them for another pair. Linda was more than helpful when Lenscrafters online was not. She helped process my return, and find new sun glass frames that I liked and looked good on my face. I ended up getting prescription sun glasses instead because of Lindas assistance. Because i ordered the regular prescription glasses and the prescription sunglasses one day apart, they were expected to be in on separate days. When I called to check on my glasses both pairs were ready. One was 1 day early and the other was 2 days earlier than expected. On my last visit to the store, as I was leaving Linda gave me a hug. I have never felt so welcome, so taken care of, and so very well serviced.Good customer service is rare but Linda is an absolutely gem... A diamond. She has EXTRAORDINARY customer service skills and the love her job is evident from the time, care and concern she takes with each person. This was my first purchase/experience with Lenscrafters. After the online purchase, I was set on never ordering from them again. Linda changed my feelings about Lenscrafters from the moment she became involved in the situation and I will be returning directly to her and Lenscrafters Garland for all glasses and contacts purchases in the future.
