Front Desk Staff seem nice but their filing system isnt correct and they dont appear to update things in a timely manner. I have been waiting for a month an a half for my lenses and when I called they said they informed me weeks ago. I had no calls, texts, or emails. Also, these lenses are absolutely bonkers. I have had two pairs done by Dr. Steward and both times he adds something to my Rx and it makes my vision seem like I am in a Fishbowl or a Fun-house mirror so I had to send in 2 pairs to get them corrected. Granted, the first one worked fine but the second isnt any better at all. I can see somewhat normally but my Rx didnt appear to change too much. Visiting the eye doctor should be a Once A Year type deal and anytime I think about this place, I would sooner not hassle with it.I am not going to recommend this place.

My visit did not address the concerns I came in with, despite telling both front desk staff and the doctor. The prescription I was given resulted in glasses that made my vision like a fun house mirror. I went to another doctor and received a wildly different prescription that actually rectified all my vision issues. I contacted Dr. Steward twice via email for a refund and heard nothing back. I would not recommend.

I have been going to Dr. Stewart for 4 years. Dr. Stewart is a GREAT doctor. He is thorough and doesnt rush you. He is accommodating if an urgent eye issue arises. I cannot say enough good things about his office. The staff is exceptional also. Caring and professional. Five stars, for sure.

Been seeing Dr. Stewart for the past three years. So far its been pleasant. I have had several incidents where I needed to be seen asap and his office brought me in immediately. Great patient care, Dr. Stewart definitely cares about his patients and Cindy is a sweetheart. Shes too always takes care of my family and I. I would recommend.

I have been seeing Dr. Stewart for about 6 years. Last year he really nailed my desire for 2 special purpose prescriptions. And good news is the prescription is good, with only one eye being a fraction away from last years exam. Did not need new glasses this year. Service is great. Will go back in a couple weeks for warranty replacement of frames that I mangled sitting on them 4 times. And each of those times I just re-twisted stuff back into shape; great frame. AND, he sells supplements from my awesome naturopathic doctor, and eye doctor in his former career himself.

Doctor & Staffs were very kind and supportive. Dr Stewart has explained very well in detail & clarified our queries. We have also received the glass/frame within the mentioned date, overall we really appreciate their service. Thank you so much.

Stopped at Eye Love Optical to get my glasses adjusted. Very friendly place I ended up ordering some prescription sunglasses. They had the best selection of frames I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this business.

My first time walking into this establishment it smelled like smoke . I tried making an appointment only to find out the front staff had a very poor and non caring attitude. Especially the Hispanic lady that’s in the front She acted like I was trying to get some thing for free or I was wasting her time . No politeness what so ever didn’t even say hi how are you ? How can I help you? Just a cold question “ You want to make an appointment ?)So My husband and I walked out and I refuse to come back and make an appointment . First impressions are everything and the front staff just didn’t do it for me .

The optometrist is awesome. The service is great. But I would not buy frames from here unless you are looking to buy brand lenses.

My family has been coming here for years. Theyve always gone above and beyond to take care of our optical needs. Donna, ( the frame mechanic) will help you with any issues youre having with your frames. Whether theyre broken, missing screws, or just uncomfortable, you name it and shell take care of you. Cindy will call you by your name when you walk in the door even if you dont have an appointment. The office is nice and clean and family friendly. What people dont know is their prices are just as good as Walmart, etc. Id recommend you try this place before the big market stores. Youll be pleasantly surprised!

Been going here over a decade. Best staff, and best prices. I moved across town, but make the 45 minute drive just to go to this office! It is well worth it to me.

Doctor Stewart is great. He takes the time to tell you what he is doing and why. He also has a great personality as well as his great staff!

Never got a receipt to bill insurance. Prescription doesnt feel right, and I never received my eyeglass prescription if I wanted to fill anyplace else. Kind of a rip.
