Lol... no respect for the soldiers...

They dont even deserve a one star but I cant go any lower. Charley was very RUDE and ZERO customer service. Charley needs to go back and learn how to treat an inquiring customer and add a teaspoon of kindness to their business. If Charley is willing to treat customers this way how in the world could one trust what he is selling? Very suspicious and crook like behavior. Buyers BEWARE!!! I wouldnt take a car for FREE if Charlie gave it to me!

I have purchased two vehicles, and rented several others.Charlie has always treated me kindly and with respect.

I honestly wouldnt even give them one star. This guy rented me a car for my granddaughter at 250 for five days and there was no gas in it at all when she got it and it was dirty. Well we were willing to over look that until my granddaughter had a blow out on the way to work and there was no jack in the car so my granddaughter was stuck on the side of hwy 54 with no jack a highway patrol stopped to help her and was about to give her a ticket for defective equipment due to all the tires being bad so bad that he deemed the car unsafe to drive! The high way patrol sated that the rest of the tires could blow at anytime and that it would never pass inspection. My granddaughter called charlie only for him to tell her there was nothing he would do that my granddaughter had to fix it herself. The highway patrol was very upset at how charlie handled the situation and he himself said to never go back again. She then had to call a tow and after alot of hassle charlie did have us take it to get one new tire and then got nasty when asked for him to cover the tow and also for him to compensate for the day we didnt get to use the car and instead gave us 100 to cover the tow and 20 to be nice! We then waited 45 minutes for him to go get the check! He is a crook out to get a quick buck not only would i never suggest this company i would hope no one would use them because charlie has a complete disregard for the renters safety and does not do up keep with his cars at all.
