Friendly staff, reasonable prices and lots of options. They have two large entrances and two elevators to reach the second floor units - but one of the elevators breaks down regularly, and sometimes if theyre busy you can struggle to find one of their large carts to use.

One of my favorite storage places in Salem area. Used them for years. Competitive prices. Friendly staff. Good selection of unit sizes indoors and also have outdoor 20ft or 40ft containers with after hours access. Recommended. Thank you.

Wonderful place. The price is a bit high but for an enclosed storage facility it does have its benefits. Temperature control allows for heat during cold rainy seasons and A.C. for the hot days. Not a 24-7 storage facility, but the hours are within a reasonable time frame.

Clean and great place to store. Staff is knowledgable and very friendly.But... Starting Oct. 1st U-Stores are no longer taking cash as tender. Very disapointing. Will have to find another storage facility that will.

Great place to store items, also hold auctions 2 to 3 times per year, which is a lot of fun. Staff are helpful but tend not to hurry although there are extreme time crunches after auctions. Will definitely recommend them for storage and for auction finds!

THEY ARE SO POLITE AND KIND. GOOD PERSONALITY.

They have carts but only a wood one with uprights to help with storing a bed.

Management is clueless and behaved very unprofessionally. Seriously like a three stooges film. Mistake after mishap after mistake. Its renting a box, not complicated stuff.

HORRIBLE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE THE IDEAL candidates for discrimination I spend more than 15 min in my unit which I pay for on time every month they start pacing back and forth past my unit telling me I need to wrap it up $$&%%*@!! And they are beyond rude
