Last year (2020), we purchased two mattresses and our daughter also purchased one for her new home from Cody Conner @ BoxDrop. Unfortunately, the king mattress we purchased is defective and the mattress began to collapse (photos, including brand tags/collapsed sections added in pic section). We contacted Conner on February 23, 2021 and sent photos. He stated that it would take approx 3-5 days for the manufacturer to respond. We did not receive a response. On March 6th, we inquired again, no response. On March 14th, we inquired a second time, no response. Again, on March 18th, we sent another message and as of today, April 21st, Conner has not answered any of our concerns or updated us as to when the mattress would be replaced under their warranty.Buyer beware. We are unable to sleep on the mattress due to lack of support, especially with degenerative disk disease.

The mattress are so comfortable. I can finally sleep through the night! I highly recommend them if your looking for a new one with a great price. Cody and Jackie are awesome people very respectable and knowledgeable! Go check them out!!

The owner is rude, the employees are rude. They say they have what you want just so that you can go and as soon as you do go they say they dont have it. They say they only have the most expensive mattress. When I told the owner she admitted to lying it saying its marketing 101. I highly doubt she knows what marketing is because lying to prospects is not marketing 101. Do not go to this place! She blocked me after! Btw, Shannon is the owner her 5 star review is false!

Found this on Facebook marketplace and messaged to see if it was worth the drive. It totally was worth the 61 miles drive (one way) as Jackie was AMAZING. She was very helpful, patient, and did not rush us through the decision. We could also wait to have it delivered for a convenient time. Super experience!

This place is great. The person we dealt with was covering for the guy who is normally there so he didnt know too much but he knew exactly what we needed to know and got us a new mattress that we have loved ever since. Its super comfortable and totally affordable. The payment plan program was easy enough to sign into and we were in and out within an hour. The experience was very casual which made it easier and way less awkward than mattress shopping normally is.

It was great purchasing my mattress. Lots of great prices with a bunch of options like queen and king size adjustable bases . I will be sharing this I for with all my friends and family . Wonderful experience.

Recently purchased a mattress at this location! It feels amazing I have back problems and Jackie recommend a memory foam mattress and I have been sleeping like a baby ever since! I highly recommend this store Jackie was very helpful if I could give them a 10 star review I would! Definitely recommend this store!!

They are very unprofessional I ordered mattresses on March 3 I have only received 1and when I call they either forward my call are just keep giving me the run around but they still collect money.weekly for a mattress I havent received.Save the headache and go somewhere else.

After messaging cody a couple times, i went in and looked at his bargain mattresses.i explained to him i was on a budget, and he showed me a mattress he had in the back and offered me a good deal on it because he liked me.i bought it, took it home and after 1 night sleeping on it, i noticed it sagged in the middle. i didnt think much about it, as i thought maybe this is just how memory foam works. well, a week later, i messaged him asking if there was something i could get that was better (on facebook) he has ignored me since, and the mattress continues to sink in at the center. if he would have responded to my messages, i would have took this mattress as a loss and got something better from him, but its been half a month later, so he gets this review instead of another sale.cody, if youre reading this...thanks a lot. im going to someone that has ONLY 5 star reviews. i should have read yours first.

Very Very Affordable, great customer service.

We purchased a bed from the Kingwood location and the feel of the bed we bought is nothing compared to the one we layed on. I called and spoke to a sales associate at that location, she told me give it a few weeks so the memory form can soften up. We did and the bed is still very uncomfortable. The quality of the bed is not very good.
